A beautiful, modern designed two bedroom, two bathroom house in Somerset West. The house has on the ground floor a large living room with a fireplace, a computer corner, dining area, a spacious open kitchen and spool kitchen. A double sliding door gives access to the terrace with wonderful views. Upstairs are two very large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a balcony.
The house is situated on a hill and has a wide view of False Bay, Table Mountain and the mountain range of the Cape Town Peninsula. From the living room, covered veranda and terrace you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets. There is a communal garden and swimming pool, which is shared with the (German) neighbours in the house next door. There is plenty of privacy on your own terrace. The entrance to the house and parking area is locked with an electronically operated gate. The house is secured with an alarm system
Because our neighbours also appreciate peace and privacy, (small) children are not welcome.
