Very cosy flat

We liked the flat very much.
Very well equipped and quiet house
The landlady was very friendly.

The location was also very good. We had our bicycles with us and only cycled in the town itself.
There are shopping facilities opposite and in the immediate vicinity.

Family holiday

We stayed in this apartment for 6 days with our children [4] and [9] and it was no problem at all to sleep in one room. The flat was very clean and had everything you need. The way to the sea was a bit far, but we had our bikes with us, so it was only a short ride there. There is a grocery shop within walking distance, so my husband walked there every morning to get fresh rolls
The family is very welcoming
All in all, it was a super nice holiday and we are already planning our next holiday.

Great holiday in Swinoujscie

The flat on the upper ground floor in a new building complex is perfectly situated near the beach on the one hand and the old town on the other. Lidl directly opposite and the Polish market about 700 m away. The park and harbour are also close by. Everything is within walking distance. The property is fenced, video monitored and can only be opened with a key or numerical code. We chose the car park for this reason and paid an additional 5 euros. We only moved the car once for a visit to Anklam, otherwise we were out and about on foot or with our EBikes, which are safely parked in the courtyard, but can also be taken out onto the balcony to charge...
The flat is modern, bright and friendly, has a nice shower room with a large mirror, good lighting and a washing machine. We had a great night's sleep on the sofa beds and everything else you need is there. It doesn't get any better than this. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the flat to others.

Evaluation

The two of us spent a lovely holiday with Mrs Stanusch. She was very friendly. The service was also great, the handover of the flat was very uncomplicated. The flat offers everything you need. We would gladly come back at any time!

Alles war gut

We stayed at the holiday apartment with our grandson, the apartment is well-equipped. We had our bikes with us, which was advantageous given that the distance to the beach from the apartment is not 1 km as described but rather about 2 km. It is about 1.5 km to the center of Swinoujscie, which was no problem for us as we cycled everywhere. The cycling paths are very well-developed, making it easy to ride even with a child. The apartment is definitely recommendable. The landlady is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed in the holiday flat for a week and were very satisfied! Very friendly landlady, very well maintained and modern house. The flat has everything you need. Lidl is right across the street, bicycles are recommended if you are not good on foot, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. We felt very comfortable in the flat!

Absolutely recommendable

We stayed in this apartment for a week and were absolutely satisfied.

The Stan family is very friendly, easily reachable, and explains everything very well.

The accommodation is small but nice, we will definitely come back. Everything went smoothly, this is how you imagine a landlord and accommodation.

Recommended accommodation

We were very satisfied with the flat. Everything you need is there. We had very, very nice contact with the landlords. Questions were answered very quickly and courteously. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area on foot, and the bus and train connections are also close by, so you don't have to rely solely on your car.
We liked it very much and will definitely go there again if our schedule allows it. It is highly recommended. We had a good rest.

Superschön

Everything fit perfectly, from arrival to departure, very friendly landlords, they even looked out for our car upon arrival, the landlord received us very, very kindly, showed us everything and handed over the keys. My wife has a severe mobility impairment, which was no problem for us at all. We really enjoyed it and will consider visiting Swinoujscie again.

Very, very clean and well-maintained vacation rental. We really liked that the building is located on a fenced property with a parking space for the car. You can only access the premises with the keys or the code. Another nice advantage is that you can safely let the kids play in the yard. Very friendly and caring landlords. Due to the proximity to grocery stores, which are partly visible from the property, the location is ideal. Just a few steps away, one can cater for oneself very well.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Very nice small holiday apartment. The location was perfect for us, as we were out cycling a lot. Shopping opportunities almost at the doorstep. UBB train station very close by. The landlord was very nice, always approachable. Would love to come back again!
