Holiday in Swinemünde

Very nice and clean apartment. Everything is well-maintained. Unfortunately, the apartment is located directly on the main road. And there is only a sofa bed, not a real bed. But I would book the apartment again. It is also centrally located, so you can reach everything on foot.

Świnoujście

Super great accommodation, arrived with 2 adults & 2 children. Space was sufficient. Landlady was always there for questions & immediately responded to problems.
The equipment of the apartment is excellent, everything you need for daily life is there.
Unfortunately, the sofa beds were not very comfortable for us, as you can feel the springs in your back.

Overall very satisfied & 100% recommendable.

Would book there again anytime.

All is well with the little bee.

Super nice hostess was open for all questions. She recommended many beautiful things to us, so we could make our stay with our children for my husband's birthday wonderfully beautiful. Thank you very much again for that. We felt comfortable in every respect.

Very cosy flat

We liked the flat very much.
Very well equipped and quiet house
The landlady was very friendly.

The location was also very good. We had our bicycles with us and only cycled in the town itself.
There are shopping facilities opposite and in the immediate vicinity.

Family holiday

We stayed in this apartment for 6 days with our children [4] and [9] and it was no problem at all to sleep in one room. The flat was very clean and had everything you need. The way to the sea was a bit far, but we had our bikes with us, so it was only a short ride there. There is a grocery shop within walking distance, so my husband walked there every morning to get fresh rolls
The family is very welcoming
All in all, it was a super nice holiday and we are already planning our next holiday.

Great holiday in Swinoujscie

The flat on the upper ground floor in a new building complex is perfectly situated near the beach on the one hand and the old town on the other. Lidl directly opposite and the Polish market about 700 m away. The park and harbour are also close by. Everything is within walking distance. The property is fenced, video monitored and can only be opened with a key or numerical code. We chose the car park for this reason and paid an additional 5 euros. We only moved the car once for a visit to Anklam, otherwise we were out and about on foot or with our EBikes, which are safely parked in the courtyard, but can also be taken out onto the balcony to charge...
The flat is modern, bright and friendly, has a nice shower room with a large mirror, good lighting and a washing machine. We had a great night's sleep on the sofa beds and everything else you need is there. It doesn't get any better than this. We felt very comfortable and would recommend the flat to others.

Evaluation

The two of us spent a lovely holiday with Mrs Stanusch. She was very friendly. The service was also great, the handover of the flat was very uncomplicated. The flat offers everything you need. We would gladly come back at any time!

Alles war gut

Wir waren mit unserem Enkel in der Ferienwohnung, die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattete. Wir hatten unsere Fahrräder mit was bei der Lage der Ferienwohnung von Vorteile war da es bis zum Strand nicht wie beschrieben 1 km ist sondern ca 2 km sind. Bis ins Zentrum von Swinemünde sind es ca 1.5 km für uns war das kein Problem ,da wir alles mit dem Fahrrad gefahren sind.Die Radwege sind sehr gut ausgebaut so das es auch mit Kind gut zu fahren ist. Die Wohnung kann man auf alle Fälle empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We stayed in the holiday flat for a week and were very satisfied! Very friendly landlady, very well maintained and modern house. The flat has everything you need. Lidl is right across the street, bicycles are recommended if you are not good on foot, it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the beach. We felt very comfortable in the flat!

Wir waren jetzt in diesem Apartment für eine Woche und waren absolut zufrieden .

Die Familie Stan... ist sehr freundlich , super erreichbar und erklären einem alles sehr gut .

Die Unterkunft ist klein aber fein , wir
kommen definitiv wieder .
Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt so stellt man sich einen Vermieter und eine Unterkunft vor .

Einfach einen schönen Urlaub sorgenfrei haben .

Recommended accommodation

We were very satisfied with the flat. Everything you need is there. We had very, very nice contact with the landlords. Questions were answered very quickly and courteously. There is a lot to do in the surrounding area on foot, and the bus and train connections are also close by, so you don't have to rely solely on your car.
We liked it very much and will definitely go there again if our schedule allows it. It is highly recommended. We had a good rest.

Superschön

Es hat alles wunderbar gepasst,von der Anreise bis zur Abfahrt,sehr freundliche Vermieter,wurde schon bei der Anreise nach unseren Auto Ausschau gehalten,der Vermieter empfing uns sehr sehr freundlich,zeigte uns alles und übergab die Schlüssel.Meine Frau ist schwer gehbehindert,was überhaupt kein Problem für uns war.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir werden es nochmals ins Auge fassen nach Swinemünde zu reisen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Sehr, sehr! saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, dass sich das Gebäube auf einem umzäunten Grundstück befindet und mit einem Stellplatz für den PKW. Man kommt nur mit den Schlüsseln bzw. mit dem Zahlencode auf das Gelände. Noch ein schöner Vorteil ist, dass man so die Kinder beruhigt im Hof spielen lassen kann. Sehr freundliche und fürsorgliche Vermieter. Durch die Nähe zu den Lebensmittelgeschäften die tw. nur ein paar Schritte entfernt sind kann man sich sehr gut selbst verpflegen.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung.Die Lage war für uns optimal,wir waren viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fast vor der Haustür.Bahnhof UBB ganz in der Nähe. Vermieter sehr nett,jederzeit ansprechbar.Sehr gerne wieder!
