At the end of a cul-de-sac with a direct view of the Achterwasser and the Zinnowitz harbor lies our holiday home MODERNE ZEITEN. The furnishings should leave nothing to be desired: sauna, infrared cabin, pool, fireplace, two bedrooms with en suite full bathrooms, reading corner on the first floor with a view of the Achterwasser. A large garden with terrace, garden furniture, beach chair, sunshade, and loungers invites you to linger. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms over 135 sqm of living space, 6 adults or a family will find room and leisure for relaxing vacation days. The villa impresses with high-quality furnishings and comfortable box spring beds. For your convenience, you will find 3 pillows: one pillow 80 x 80, one pillow 40 x 80 for the optimal angle ratio of shoulder/neck/head, and a "Fritzchen" 40 x 40 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you would like to cater for yourself. You will find 4 flat-screen TVs on site, in the living room and in each bedroom. The front door, terrace door, the downstairs bedroom, and the downstairs shower are barrier-free; a suction handle for the shower can be provided. Further aids can be obtained through a local care service.
The villa is located in the first row on the Achterwasser and offers a beautiful view of the Achterwasser from the living room, the reading corner, and the balcony. All furnishings as well as the washing machine, dryer, and Wi-Fi can be used free of charge.

The wide white sandy beach invites you to sunbathe and swim/bathe. In autumn, the island is especially suitable for hiking and cycling. The Usedomer Bäderbahn can be used free of charge with the spa card, so you can explore the entire island up to Swinemünde.

Vacation with family and dog
Nothing was missing. We have already been to many beautiful holiday homes, but this one surpassed everything. The great walks with our dog at the Achterwasser, etc. The very nice contact with the owners of the house.

Dreamy holiday home
We spent a week of vacation with our dog in the dreamily quiet holiday home. The house and property are well maintained. We lacked nothing. We could use the outdoor pool and the infrared cabin, everything was perfect. It was too warm for us for a sauna session. The garden was simply great, although not fenced, but that was not a problem for our dog. We can highly recommend it. A big thank you to Ms. Klodt, she was very friendly and open to all questions, the same goes for Ms. Schubert on site.
We will gladly come back.

Gladly again!
We had a beautiful holiday here. The mirrored bedrooms with attached bathrooms on the upper floor make the house suitable for friendly couples as well. The bathroom on the ground floor could be perfectly used for sauna sessions. Our own little wellness oasis (ideal in these difficult times) was perfected by the beautiful outdoor whirlpool. The entire house was perfectly prepared by Mrs. Schmidt and welcomed us warmly with a lovely surprise. Contact with her was always possible and friendly and flexible at any time. The exchange with Mrs. Klodt was the same. We felt very comfortable and would like to thank you. The small deduction for the location is only due to the distance to the center of Zinnowitz or the beach promenade.

Beautiful house in prime location.
We really liked the house and its facilities. It must be noted critically that the cleaning was insufficient, especially the removal of existing cobwebs. Also, other annoying small details that the housekeeper should have noticed before handing over to the tenant went unnoticed by her. Unfortunately, I have to say that the interaction with the tenant by the housekeeper leaves much to be desired. On the other hand, the communication with the landlady, Mrs. Klodt, was always first class.

Another successful vacation!
We (2 adults with a dog) have now been to this truly beautiful house for the 3rd time. The weather wasn't great, but the hot tub and sauna were fantastic. We relaxed well and look forward to coming back.
