The reed house "Inselzauber" is your new, tastefully furnished, 115 square metre house, accommodating 6 people (plus a baby) in three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a sauna. The luxuriously furnished house, in a quiet location, offers everything for a perfect holiday at any time of the year. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area form a perfect unit. From the spacious living area with fireplace and leather sofas, two large windows lead you to the terrace with beach chair. Enjoy the large garden with a direct view of the Achterwasser on Germany's sunniest island - Usedom.

The house "Inselzauber" is located in a quiet holiday settlement directly on the Achterwasser at the end of a dead-end street. Heavenly peace dominates the hinterland, where nature comes right up to the front door. The direct location on the Achterwasser with the marina approx. 600 m away offers holidaymakers perfect relaxation. The nature reserve begins right behind our garden. On the beach promenade (2km)you will find white sandy beaches, a beautiful beach promenade and many spa offers with 1906 hours of sunshine per year. A perfect cycling network with over 150 kilometres of routes makes cycling a pleasure. Usedom is an active and relaxing holiday at any time of the year.

Wunderschön! Wir können nur schwärmen.
Das Haus - gelegen inmitten einer Reetdach-Ferienhausidylle - ist wunderschön, und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Herz begehrt. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und unaufdringlich, alles ist nagelneu und blitzsauber. Die zimmer sind hell, groß und angenehm, Bad und (offene) Küche, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und alles funktioniert, nichts fehlt. Außerdem sind auch die Kinder auf´s genaueste bedacht worden. Es ist wirklich nicht erforderlich, irgend ein Spielzeug (für drinnen oder draußen) oder CDs etc. mitzunehmen, es ist alles da. Das Ganze Haus mit dem geschmackvoll angelegten Garten und Grundstück inkl. Ausblick strahlen eine so angenehme und entspannende Atmosphäre aus, dass es ausgeschlossen ist, sich nicht wohlzufühlen. On Top: die Fußbodenheizung, Sauna, Hängematte, Sonnenliegen, Bollerwagen, Kinderkarre, Fahrräder mit Kindersitz und Helmen.....danke, wir hatten wirklich eine tolle Zeit!
