Description
It is not for nothing that Usedom is considered Germany's "sunshine island" with the most hours of sunshine. Endless sandy beaches tempt you to go for long walks or sunbathe extensively.
You will find a lot of nature, but also a lot of history in the near surroundings of our holiday home.
Our 130 m² house is quietly situated only a few minutes' walk from the edge of the Achterwasser and not far from the over 700-year-old Zinnowitz, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts on the island of Usedom. The imposing spa architecture knows how to impress. A spacious promenade invites you to take long walks; theatre students show their skills in the "Blechbüchse" and the Vineta Festival is great fun for young and old!
The harbour on the Achterwasser can be reached on foot via the dike path in 10 minutes. There you can rent boats or take a round trip on the Achterwasser with the passenger ship.
All facilities for daily needs, doctors' surgeries, nice shops and restaurants as well as bicycle rental and an indoor swimming pool are available in Zinnowitz.
The furnishings of the house and property leave nothing to be desired.
The bedrooms
There are four bedrooms in the house: the "rose room" with one bed (90x200 cm) on the ground floor, two balcony rooms with double beds (2x90x200 cm) and one room with two single beds (90x200 cm). Except for the rose room, all bedrooms are additionally equipped with a TV set. From the balcony rooms you have access to the large balcony with a view of the Achterwasser and the harbour.
In the room with the single beds, there is also an Xbox with two controllers and several games for young and old
Living room and winter garden
In the winter garden there is a big table for 8 persons. 2 additional children's chairs are available. Large windows let a lot of light into the flat. On the sides of the conservatory are two external doors leading outside onto the terrace. Vertical light and privacy blinds quickly give you a private atmosphere or bring shade.
In the living area you will find the TV, a DAB+ radio with various connection options, a CD/DVD/Bluray player and quite a few Bluray CDs and DVDs. And of course, don't forget the fireplace.
A free WLAN connection (up to 16 MBit) is also freely available
The kitchen
Actually, you didn't want to cook on holiday! But in a kitchen like this? An induction cooker, a large fridge with freezer compartment, an oven, microwave with grill function, a coffee machine, a modern dishwasher, a coffee pad machine, toaster, raclette machine, etc., etc. - more is almost not possible!
In the cupboards you will find all kinds of spices, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, different kinds of tea - all free for your personal use.
And, very importantly, many, many glasses, plates, cups, lots of cutlery and much more, so you don't have to wash up straight after each use!
The bathrooms
There are two bathrooms in the house - one on the upper floor with a shower, two washbasins, hairdryer, make-up mirror, a baby changing unit if desired, WC and large mirror.
The second bathroom is on the ground floor, also with a shower, hairdryer, a washbasin and a sauna.
For the sauna lovers among you, we provide additional sauna infusions free of charge.
The use of the sauna is also included in the rental price.
In the utility room, which is accessible from the outside, you will find a washing machine and dryer, clothes horse and hoover.
The outside area
There is also a lot around the house: a beach chair to snuggle up comfortably in the blanket against the wind, a large parasol, a garden table with 4 chairs (additional chairs in the garden house), two sun loungers, parking space for two cars, a garden shed with equipment for sports and games for young and old, a sprinkler system, a wallbox, etc.

Location and surroundings of object
On the outskirts of Zinnowitz, in a typical North German settlement of thatched houses, you live away from the traffic, just a few minutes from the town centre and the Baltic Sea. You have a view over the reeds of the Achterwasser to the marina and the well-tended gardens of the neighbours; simply relaxing & beautiful!
Whether by train, bus or car; despite its island location, the house is surprisingly easy to reach, and there is even an airport nearby. Everything you need for life is in the village: Doctor, pharmacy, restaurants, shops, ...

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 28 days before the arrival date.
You may cancel your trip at any time before the start of the rental period. For your interest and for proof, the cancellation should be made in writing in any case. If you withdraw from the rental contract or do not start the journey at all, EUT Grundstückverwaltung GmbH may demand reasonable compensation for reservation arrangements and expenses: Travelers who cancel at least 28 days before arrival will receive 100% of the amount paid so far back. If they cancel between 28 and 14 days before arrival, they will receive 50% back. Otherwise, they will not receive a refund. The calculation of the cancellation costs is based on the date the mail is received in our office. EUT Grundstückverwaltung GmbH strongly recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance.
