The holiday house "Casa Rana" is a finely furnished finca with a lot of attention to detail in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Tias.
The house offers you a large, bright living dining area thanks to its modern open architecture. In addition, 2 beautiful bedrooms, one of them with bunk bed for children or even adults. That large bedroom with a nice double bed has direct access to another unseeable terrace.
The house offers you absolute privacy, as the beautiful garden, patio and pool area can not be seen by neighbors.
The equipment of the holiday house leaves nothing to be desired, satellite TV in the living room and bedroom, Wlan, music system, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, garden chairs etc ... everything is available for your wellbeing holiday.
Towels and bed linen are at your disposal and can be changed by yourself.
The pool is cleaned once a week by a professional pool attendant and maintained.
In the center of Tias you can walk 8min, to the beach by car 5min.

Ideal, not only for our racing bike holiday!
A small oasis on the otherwise lava-dominated landscape of Lanzarote. - The comfortable holiday home with pool, situated on a slope, was luxurious accommodation for our almost daily bicycle excursions on the island and ideal for subsequent relaxation. - Even without a car, you can quickly get to the supermarket or other relevant shops. The evening stroll to the centre is rewarding, the way short. At least in February, Tias is by no means overrun with tourists, but rather tranquil.
A few brief remarks on comfort: The rather large holiday home is very well equipped, rather with too much than too little ;-). Many green plants provide shady spots around the house, the plot is generously cut and yet hardly visible from the adjoining neighbours. - The only disadvantage: Unfortunately we had to leave at the end of February ...

Can only be recommended!
The finca is located in a very quiet area. Supermarket, restaurants, bars, cafés are within walking distance. Puerto del Carmen, the nearest seaside resort, is about 4 km away. The airport is about 6 km away.
The finca is very tastefully and generously furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Wi-Fi is very stable. The pool and the beautifully landscaped garden invite you to linger and cannot be seen by the neighbours.
If you have any questions during your stay, the friendly owner is available very quickly by email or phone.
We can recommend this lovely holiday home without any reservations.
