What a charming holiday home

We have often rented holiday homes, but here we were totally surprised. You notice immediately how much love was put into the house and that they thought about what guests really need. You don't need to bring any spices, no toilet paper, no kitchen rolls, no hair dryer, no dog things. That usually fills half the car
The house is beautifully situated with a secluded terrace and sun all day. The forest is directly opposite and De Koog is only 500 metres away
There is also nice crockery and glasses that you need. Bicycles can be rented.
Perfect.

Toller Urlaub

We had a very beautiful and relaxed week at Seepferdchen as always and really enjoyed our time. We also thought it was great that we could use the bikes for free and the terrace is sheltered from the wind! You can even spend time outside in the sunshine in April.
The house is perfectly located for trips to the beach and many other destinations in the area on foot or by bike.

Sehr hübsches, gemütliches und gepflegtes Häuschen

We stayed at Seepferdchen for the second time and definitely want to come back! We really enjoyed it. The house is very cozy and lovingly furnished, well equipped, and lacks nothing. It is perfect for two people and even a child could sleep in the children's room. Mrs. Kühn takes great care of the house and her guests, and is always easy to reach. The booking process is uncomplicated. We also think it's great that there are two bicycles available for us guests to use, so we didn't have to rent any. The house has a small garden and a lovely large terrace where you have sun from morning until afternoon (if it's shining ;)). The location is great; Hoog Koog is an individual and well-kept, pretty bungalow complex not far from the center of De Koog, and from here you can easily start cycling tours all over the island and quickly reach the beach.

Great stay at the Seahorse despite storm and rain.

I stayed on Texel for a training session with my dog Daisy, and we had a great time at Het Zeepaardje. It was stormy weather for all but one day, but inside it was pleasant and extra cozy thanks to the stove. Everything was very clean, there was a nice bouquet of flowers and a delicious bottle of wine. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was great. The kitchen was well equipped, and Daisy enjoyed lying in the large basket. It was my first stay on Texel and the cottage was a good base for my activities. Forest and center within walking distance and also close to the beach. I definitely want to come back, preferably with better weather. The contact with the owner was very good. Highly recommended.

Super nice holiday home

We felt very comfortable in the little house in the Hoog Koog holiday park.
The location is wonderful and the house lacks nothing.
The bed niche is very cosy and you sleep very well!
Mrs Kühn is a very nice landlady who you can always turn to.
Texel is a beautiful island and we are looking forward to next year at the Seahorse ☺️

Beautiful holiday home

Super lovingly and tastefully decorated, you immediately feel at home.
The bed nook is particularly cozy, here you can listen to the sound of the sea with a bit of luck, and on the gas stove you can also cook great dishes.
Inside the holiday home there are many things that you can use, including spices.
The Wi-Fi is surprisingly good, rarely experienced.
In the evening by the gas fireplace it is particularly cozy and due to the quiet location, it is super relaxing.
The parking space belonging to the house makes arriving more relaxed.
Everything you need for shopping or similar is nearby and easily accessible.

The landlady is very kind and takes good care of the holiday home. Booking went smoothly and quickly.

We can recommend the holiday home with a good conscience and will definitely come back.

Dream vacation in the seahorse villa

In July, my best friend and I had the pleasure of staying in Mrs. Kühn's lovingly decorated "Seepferdchen" for a week. We felt very comfortable and were delighted by the cleanliness of the accommodation and the fresh roses on the living room table upon arrival! The arrival, key handover, etc., all went smoothly. The cottage is tastefully decorated in a cozy country style and has everything from a hairdryer to a grill and coffee machine. A highlight is the secluded garden with the dreamy hydrangea bushes. Sweet little house with lots of privacy and a homey feeling.

We have never stayed in such a beautiful vacation home. Everything is furnished with love and nothing is missing that you need on holiday. Starting from toilet paper, kitchen towels, coffee, tea, even cosmetics if you want.
Everything was there for our dog, dog bed, blankets, poop bags, everything.
We have already booked again for 2 years.

Great vacation despite the coronavirus crisis.

I can only agree with my predecessors. Cozy little cottage with everything you need in a vacation rental. Great, relatively central, yet quiet location in the middle of Texel's beautiful nature. Just a little lacking in storage space for 14 days of luggage, but there is a solution for everything. The wind-protected terrace is also a great advantage for having breakfast outside or enjoying a cozy drink after a perfect day. We felt very comfortable.

Ein hübsches kleines Ferienhaus

I spent a lovely week in this cozy and lovingly furnished cottage with my small dog. The location and the small park are very nice, after just a few meters you are in the forest, and it's easy to walk to De Koog and the beach. Especially sympathetic contact with the landlady Mrs. Kühn, who was very concerned about our well-being with many tips. It was simply a good time on this beautiful island.

Cozy small format

For us, it couldn't have been better: Two people and an Otto dog in the cozy Tiny House. Well-equipped with good kitchen utensils for us enthusiastic cooks or a collection of games for the afternoons. Nicely centrally located: 12 minutes to De Koog, not even 20 to the Besch Club TX with its delicious craft beer. Perhaps a tad small for very tall and wide people, but perfect for us average folks. Especially the lovely maritime decor and the warm care provided by Mrs. Kühn have immediately convinced us to book again for next year.

Completely satisfied

We were on Texel for the first time and enjoyed a week of vacation to the fullest.
The beach, the village, the dune landscape, and the forest are within walking distance. The apartment is lovingly and cozily furnished, and we didn't feel like we were in a vacation rental but at home.
Everything is available. From spices to dog beds to shampoo. We had a very nice contact with the helpful landlady who, with her tips and good support, gave us many beautiful experiences that we probably wouldn't have experienced otherwise. We liked it so much that we booked the apartment again right away.

Super cozy and beautifully furnished bungalow

We had a wonderful holiday in this lovingly furnished bungalow, which is equipped with everything you need, even dog baskets and food bowls. Right by the forest and quickly in town. Impregnable sunny terrace. We would love to come back.
