Great vacation

A beautiful little cottage about 30 meters from the beach where the morning sun invites you to have breakfast on the terrace in March. The organization and communication on site also worked very well at short notice.

Everything is great!!

On all criteria, one can only rate with 5 stars.
The small house is equipped with care and practicality, everything that was listed was there. The kitchen is very well equipped and there are more than enough glasses, dishes, and utensils.
The beds are good, there are grilles (safety!) in front of the windows, and very important, insect protection! Unfortunately not on the door to the terrace, which had to be closed in the evenings.
In the small garden, there is a beautiful tree that provides plenty of shade, the outdoor shower is wonderfully refreshing, the private parking space, and the entire property closed off by a gate, everything is great and very well maintained.
The caretaker (manager?) is friendly and helpful, as are his staff.
The access to the sea is about 50 meters away, via a staircase. Unfortunately (the only downside) there is no sandy beach, but there are some in the towns.

Enjoy by the sea

We lacked nothing! Very dear and friendly landlords! There is also a manager on site in case anything should happen. The cottage is very nice and clean, the location only 50 meters from the sea. The beach brought a lot of fun to our boys. We Dutch enjoyed the quiet location!

Pure relaxation!

For the second time in a row, we are back in this cozy vacation home this year to relax and enjoy the beach and the sea. We are always happy about the house, parking, garden, and the view. Quiet, relaxed holiday

We are repeat offenders.
This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful and quiet paradise.
You can relax and unwind so well here. Even our old dog feels very comfortable here.

Holiday

The holiday home is quiet and very close to the sea.
It is very well maintained and has a sunny little garden where you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise in the morning.
Nature and holiday homes characterise the complex. It is very nice that there are no high-rise buildings in the immediate vicinity. Shops and restaurants are about 2 km away and easily accessible.

Superb holiday directly by the sea

We had wonderful weeks in this small detached house. The sea is less than 3 minutes away and you can walk to the cliffs with your coffee cup in hand and watch the sunrise. This is also possible from the terrace. The cottage has everything you need for a holiday. There is also a small heater which we needed in the evenings. The two bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses, so that you have a really restful sleep. You only hear the sound of the sea, otherwise it is completely quiet. The car park is covered, which is great for a car, but not suitable for a motorhome. But here too, thanks to the great contact with the landlady, an alternative was found immediately. We stayed in the house with 3 adults and 2 dogs and can recommend it without reservation. We will definitely ask again if our way leads us to Benicarlo.

Class accommodation

We were in this region and in this house for the first time in October.
I didn't think it would be so beautiful at this time.
The house is in a great location, it only takes swimwear, a towel, and water shoes from the house to the beach. After swimming, you can lie back on the sunbed at the house in 2 minutes, wonderful.
The on-site support and care by the owner are great, we will not be the last time in the house in Benicarlo.

Relaxing vacation

We had very peaceful and relaxing days in the holiday house.
The view of the sea during breakfast was calming.
Price and performance were completely fine. We often had the sea entirely to ourselves.

Small, fine holiday home close to the sea

It was a great, relaxing holiday in the immediate vicinity of the sea. The best thing was to get up in the morning and look directly at the sea, which can be reached on foot in max. 3 minutes.
The accommodation itself was also nice and big enough for our family (4 people + dog). We were almost only outdoors anyway. The outdoor shower was also very practical and was gladly used after going to the sea. Since we already knew the area, we quickly felt at home. We missed the sound of the sea and the great view of the beach and the coast.
The landlords, Fam. Bartl, are very friendly, helpful people who were already very obliging in the run-up to the holiday. It was nice that we could get to know each other personally!
In conclusion, all we can say is that we had a great family holiday under great conditions in not so easy times, which we will always remember. Thank you very much and hope to see you soon.

We were simply super satisfied. Everything was as described. We can only recommend it to others. We have never had a holiday flat where there was really nothing missing. Especially the kitchen was equipped with everything. The cleanliness was top which was especially important to us. The beds were not saggy, on the contrary, we slept very well. The bathroom has plenty of storage space for all cosmetics. The entire holiday complex was very well maintained and great. The owner was very friendly and you get an immediate answer if you have any questions. Simply recommendable

Great location and excellent rental

The apartment is top furnished, close to the sea and beautifully arranged. A very beautiful and dreamy apartment with a garden area and an almost private beach section. The sea is clear and clean. The rental agency (Mrs. BARTL) and the caretaker were available at all times and provided many tips and advice on questions we asked. The cities of Peniscola and Vinaroz are quickly accessible by car and offer many attractions. I THANK Mrs. Bartl and her family for allowing us to rent and live in this really great vacation apartment for 2 weeks. We would book it again anytime. Thank you.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Holiday home very well equipped, location right by the sea with a pebble beach that is not gently sloping. A small beach area can be reached via a staircase about 30 meters away. Very quiet. Approximately 3 kilometers to the town center of Benicarlo. Shops for daily needs can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Car definitely recommended. Good starting point for activities (Ebro Delta, Benicarlo, Vinaros or a little further Cambrils, Salou). In our subjective opinion, recommended.

Beautiful holiday destination

The accommodation and the holiday area are highly recommended. The contact with the landlord is very nice and friendly, and help is available at any time. The place is also great for families with children. The children have plenty of opportunities to let off steam, for example at the sea. It should also be mentioned that there are many special and beautiful sights. The sunrises at the beach have remained particularly memorable. As mentioned before, it is completely recommended.

Simply perfect

The holiday home corresponded absolutely to the pictures and descriptions on the internet. Everything one needed was there - from the juicer, to the paella pan, to the gas oven. There were also enough blankets for a cool evening. The location is really close to the beach, so we could have breakfast outside every morning with a view of the sea. From there, we could easily explore the area, either by car, on foot, or by bike (available for rent in Peniscola). The entire facility was very well maintained, and the car could also be safely parked. Particularly noteworthy is the great communication with the owner - everything necessary was discussed in advance, and even after the vacation, it was important to her to know how we liked the stay. Criticism could have been noted, but this was not the case for us. A contact person was also always available on-site. We would definitely rent this holiday home again and can highly recommend it!

Completely enthusiastic

The extraordinarily well-maintained and absolutely suave holiday home is located in a dreamlike setting and close to the beach (40 seconds!).
It is pure wellness to swim towards the rising sun in the clean sea water directly after getting up, and then to enjoy a delicious breakfast freshly showered.
The house itself is in top condition, all technical devices are working and the perfect locking system creates a pleasant feeling of security.
The care of the complex by the sympathetic owner is a further and additional plus point.
All in all: highly recommended!

Erholung pur

This holiday home is perfect and comfortably furnished, and above all clean. Everything you need for daily use is available.

We arrived with two children (10 and 5) and despite the quiet location, boredom definitely didn't arise.

The short distances to the very clean beach (pebbles) are ideal, and the view of the sea is fantastic.

The landlady and the on-site manager are very helpful and nice. We can only recommend it and will come back next year right away.
