Step inside and be enchanted by this bright Coastal Modern Beach Style villa with sun-drenched western exposure. Enjoy your holiday with us, you deserve it.
Your living room is fully equipped with a 48 inch LED TV for a relaxing afternoon on the couch or a cosy evening. You will find wireless internet as well as several cable TV channels for your choice free of charge.
You will find plenty of beach towels, bath towels and other inventory. You will want for nothing.
Kitchen / bathroom:
In your spacious open white bright kitchen you will want for nothing. Everything is at your disposal, from dishwasher to cooker with integrated oven as well as a side by side refrigerator that automatically produces ice cubes for you. Without any effort, you have ice cubes at your disposal whenever you want thanks to the direct water connection. You just hold your glass underneath and enjoy your cocktail, fruit juice or a cool Coca Cola.
There is enough crockery and cutlery to serve several guests, whether in your individual dining area or at the cosy Wicker Rattaen outdoor dining table on the terrace by candlelight.

The guest bathroom
Your guest bathroom has a shower with private access to the pool area and is located between the two guest bedrooms in the guest wing on the other side of the villa. This room layout is ideal if you are travelling with a couple of friends and each want to have their own separate area.
Bedroom:
The villa has 3 bedrooms that can sleep up to 6 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed.
It also has its own LED flat screen TV with cable connection and impresses with its extremely generous view of the optionally illuminated pool and the tropical garden. Your master bedroom has its own access to the pool area.
The guest room has a queen size bed in bright white Coastal Beach style
Guest room No. 2 also has a queen size bed in a bright white Coastal Beach style.
Outdoor Terrace:
In your spacious outdoor area (tiled terrace and additional pool deck) , pool loungers as well as dining furniture are available.
The outdoor dining area has a woven modern wicker rattan table with seating for 6 people.
This is a great place to spend a day by the pool, reading a book, sunbathing or just enjoying an evening with friends.
The terrace is oriented towards the west and provides you with sufficient sunlight until the evening hours and a fantastic view over the lake at sunset.
The pool is large and offers plenty of space for swimming and relaxing. Enjoy the refreshing pool both in summer on hot days and in winter on warm days, optionally heated electrically with high end pool heater. Also available for relaxation is a large integrated whirlpool.
The entire tropical garden is illuminated at night with integrated warm light low voltage LED spotlights, these turn on automatically at sunset and glow for 6-8 hours, providing a cosy ambience in the evening hours.
Other amenities of the villa include keyless entry (no key is required, you will receive a four digit code from us which will be your house key).
Front loader washing machine and front loader dryer are available for your use in the villa.

Cancellation terms:
If the renter cannot keep the appointment, they must notify this as soon as possible in writing via email or letter. No verbal communications will be considered as proper notification. It was sooooo beautiful!
The Villa Westwind is a wonderful house in South Naples. It is fully equipped, there is nothing missing! Particularly special about this house is its location on a small lake, which offers fascinating wildlife directly in front of the terrace. The sunsets are also worth seeing from the pool!

Beautiful house
Very good location in a good residential area. Right by the lake, which even had an alligator. In the house's garden we saw both a big lizard and a small wild rabbit. A great mango tree and a small lime tree bore fruit ready for harvesting
Only the kitchen equipment could have been a bit more extensive, but cooking pasta and small dishes was no problem. Great beds with super mattresses
We can definitely recommend the house.

Wonderful home
We stayed for 4 weeks at Villa Westwind and really enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were a big hit! We also enjoyed watching the different birds in the lake from the lanai. We had some beautiful sunsets also. The kitchen is comfortably stocked with a blender, kurig, coffee maker, tea pot, toaster etc. The master bedroom has a nice king size bed and a beautiful large bathroom. There also was plenty of closet space. Pool rafts, beach chairs, umbrella were also furnished. This house is in a nice safe neighborhood and is very convenient to downtown and the beaches. There are also several good restaurants within minutes of the house. We would definitely stay here again.
