Ideal occupancy with 2 people. In addition, a child or an adult can spend the night on the cuddle gallery. In exceptional cases, 2 children can spend the night there. Under no circumstances can the apartment be occupied by 4 adults!

WILLINGEN / Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: four-season holidays in the most visited holiday resort in the low mountain range. Willingen (550-843 m) is a climatic spa and winter sports resort; Its wide range of recreational activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen is equally popular with young and old with the slogan: Everything I want !

The flat is located in Willingen-Usseln - spa town and winter sports resort with its own profile!
Usseln belongs to the municipality of Willingen (5 km away) and was the actual capital in the Upland before Willingen until after World War II. If you prefer not to live near busy tourist centres, Usseln is the place for you. Also, many Willinger deliberately live in Usseln, as there are three times more guest beds than residents in Willingen.
Usseln is also an attractive holiday destination with an individual character, many holiday flats and holiday homes, renowned hotels, numerous shops and a range of recreational facilities:
its own spa park, outdoor pool, mini-golf, Diemel spring with Graf-Stollberg-Hütte, riding stable, local history museum and attractive hiking trails.
Curioseum and the milk MUHseum of the Upland dairy are especially worth seeing. The Upland is also known as the 'Allgäu of the North' for its pastures and intensive dairy farming.
In winter, there are two ski lifts in Usseln with snow cannons and floodlights, numerous trails (only 400 metres from the apartment) and the EWF biathlon arena (Olympic training centre with 2 km of snow-lit track, in summer paved skating track).

Summer beach bathing on Lake Diemelsee; For hikers, Willingen, with Europe's largest heathland and eight peaks higher than 800m, is the first address in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg Heath Tower - the highest vantage point in north-west Germany. Bike park with World Cup downhill.
One of Germany's top ski resorts with 15 km of panoramic slopes, modern 8-seater cable car, 6+8-seater chairlift; 2 T-bar lifts, 4 board lifts, 4 x 250m conveyor belts for children and tobogganing, 6 km of floodlit slopes, 110 snow cannons, 70 km of trails, EWF biathlon arena with snow-covered 2 km floodlit track. Not only is the après-ski legendary, all year round here is 'Saturday-Night-Fever'. Cult is Siggis Ettelsberghütte. The highlight is World Cup Ski Jumping on the largest ski ramp in the world!

It can't get any better...!
Truly a duplex dream. Everything is just perfect here. We felt very comfortable as a family, and the MeineCardPlus is amazing! Daily access to the ice rink, cable car, lagoon pool, and much more - all for free. What more could you want...?!

Beautiful surroundings, very nice apartment.
Very nice apartment, great children's room, but not suitable for very small children (steep stairs up to the attic). Our eleven-year-old daughter thought it was very cool. Also very nice surroundings! You are in the walking area in a short time.

Perfect and very beautiful apartment!
A week of family vacation at its finest - and with the Mycard+ it was especially fun, as we could use so many attractions for free. The apartment is exceptional and very high quality - every detail has been thought of here - especially the rooftop terrace with heaters is designed so perfectly, like we have never seen before. This holiday home is highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

Außergeöhnliches Appartement
Spontaneous short break in April in the Sauerland region with a really warm summer day. Plus this great apartment where nothing is missing. Our son especially loved his sleeping berth. WIFI was also available during our stay. Riding the cable car and monster scooters with the MeineCardPlus, adventure golf, Mühlenkopfschanze and Skywalk. We had a great time and would love to come back!

It can't get any better than this...! Literally a dream maisonette. Everything is just right here. We felt very comfortable as a family, and the MeineCardPlus is fantastic! Ice rink, cable car, lagoon pool and much more every day - all for free. What more could you ask for...?! We will definitely come back!

We stayed in the vacation rental at the end of February 2018. Really nice, not far from the Emmer to go skiing with the children. The only thing missing in this vacation rental is internet/Wi-Fi. It was not really clean, still very dusty especially the cozy loft upstairs. Great rooftop terrace, but the beautiful large balcony door was still dirty. It's a pity that the rooftop terrace door and windows were not clean, considering the beautiful sunlight coming through these windows/door. The departure was scheduled for 11 o'clock, but the cleaning staff arrived at 10:30 to clean. :-( Apart from that, the apartment was really great, except for the things listed.

The apartment is extraordinary and very high-quality furnished - every detail is thought of here - especially the roof terrace with heat radiators is designed so perfectly, as we have never seen before. We stayed in the flat at the end of February 2018.
Really nice, not far to the Emmer to go skiing with the children.
What is missing in this flat is internet/wifi.
It was not really clean, still very dusty especially upstairs the cosy loft.

We were told to leave at 11am, but the cleaning staff came at 10.30am to clean. :-(
