Ideal occupancy with 2 people. In addition, a child or an adult can spend the night on the cuddle gallery. In exceptional cases, 2 children can spend the night there. Under no circumstances can the apartment be occupied by 4 adults!

WILLINGEN / Upland in the DIEMELSEE NATURE PARK: four-season holidays in the most visited holiday resort in the low mountain range. Willingen (550-843 m) is a climatic spa and winter sports resort; Its wide range of recreational activities is unique in Germany, which is why Willingen is equally popular with young and old with the slogan: Everything I want !
In NL Willingen is still more of an insider tip - as German guests, Willingen is more popular than Winterberg.

The flat is located in Willingen-Usseln - spa town and winter sports resort with its own profile!
Usseln belongs to the municipality of Willingen (5 km away) and was the actual capital in the Upland before Willingen until after World War II. If you prefer not to live near busy tourist centres, Usseln is the place for you. Also, many Willinger deliberately live in Usseln, as there are three times more guest beds than residents in Willingen.
Usseln is also an attractive holiday destination with an individual character, many holiday flats and holiday homes, renowned hotels, numerous shops and a range of recreational facilities:
its own spa park, outdoor pool, mini-golf, Diemel spring with Graf-Stollberg-Hütte, riding stable, local history museum and attractive hiking trails.
Curioseum and the milk MUHseum of the Upland dairy are especially worth seeing. The Upland is also known as the 'Allgäu of the North' for its pastures and intensive dairy farming.
In winter, there are two ski lifts in Usseln with snow cannons and floodlights, numerous trails (only 400 metres from the apartment) and the EWF biathlon arena (Olympic training centre with 2 km of snow-lit track, in summer paved skating track).

Summer beach bathing on Lake Diemelsee; For hikers, Willingen, with Europe's largest heathland and eight peaks higher than 800m, is the first address in the Sauerland. Ettelsberg Heath Tower - the highest vantage point in north-west Germany. Bike park with World Cup downhill.
One of Germany's top ski resorts with 15 km of panoramic slopes, modern 8-seater cable car, 6+8-seater chairlift; 2 T-bar lifts, 4 board lifts, 4 x 250m conveyor belts for children and tobogganing, 6 km of floodlit slopes, 110 snow cannons, 70 km of trails, EWF biathlon arena with snow-covered 2 km floodlit track. Not only is the après-ski legendary, all year round here is 'Saturday-Night-Fever'. Cult is Siggis Ettelsberghütte. The highlight is World Cup Ski Jumping on the largest ski ramp in the world!

With your booking a binding rental agreement is concluded! If you cancel the apartment, we will try to rent it out to someone else. If we succeed in this, you are released from the rental agreement. There is only a cancellation fee of €50. If we do not succeed in this, we will calculate the rental price less any expenses saved (approx. 10-20% of the rental price).

Im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes ein Maisonette-Traum. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Wir haben uns als Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und die MeineCardPlus ist der Hit! Täglich Eishalle, Seilbahn, Lagunenbad und noch vieles andere - und das kostenlos. Was will man mehr...?!
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Perfekte und sehr schöne Wohnung!
Eine Woche Familien-Urlaub vom Feinsten - und mit der Meinecard+ hat es besonders viel Spaßgemacht, da wir so viele Attraktionen kostenlos nutzen konnten. Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich und sehr hochwertig eingerichtet - hier ist an jedes Detail gedacht - insbesondere die Dachterasse mit Heizstrahlern ist so perfekt gestaltet, wie wir es noch nie zuvor gesehen haben. Diese Fewo ist sehr zu empfehlen und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder!

Wir waren Ende Februar 2018 in der Ferienwohnung. Wirklich schön, nicht weit zum Emmer um Ski zu fahren mit den Kindern. Was noch fehlt in dieser Ferienwohnung ist Internet/ WLAN. Richtig sauber war sie nicht, noch sehr staubig gerade oben die Kuschelempore. Tolle Dachterasse, bloß die schöne große Balkon Tür war noch schmutzig Also schade das gerade die Dachterrassentür sowie Fenster nicht sauber waren, bei der schönen Sonneneinstrahlung durch diese Fenster/ Tür. Auch hieß es 11 Uhr Abreise, aber die Reinigungskrsft kam schon um 10.30 zum putzen. :-( Aber sonst wirklich toll die Wohnung, außer den aufgeführten Dingen.

Perfect and very beautiful apartment!
A week of family vacation at its best - and with the Meinecard+ it was particularly fun because we could use so many attractions for free. The apartment is extraordinary and very high-quality furnished - every detail is thought of here - especially the roof terrace with heat radiators is designed so perfectly, as we have never seen before. This vacation rental is highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

We stayed in the flat at the end of February 2018.
Really nice, not far to the Emmer to go skiing with the children.
What is missing in this flat is internet/wifi.
It was not really clean, still very dusty especially upstairs the cosy loft.
Great roof terrace, only the beautiful large balcony door was still dirty
It was a pity that the roof terrace door and windows were not clean, with the beautiful sunlight through these windows/doors.
We were told to leave at 11am, but the cleaning staff came at 10.30am to clean. :-(
But otherwise really great flat, except for the things listed.

It could hardly be more beautiful...!
A maisonette dream in the truest sense of the word. Everything is just right here. We felt very comfortable as a family and the MeineCardPlus is a hit! Daily ice rink, cable car, lagoon pool and much more - and all for free. What more could you want...?
We will definitely be back!
