The chalet offers pure relaxation with its spacious open-plan living/dining area with conservatory (50sqm) and a covered terrace framing the chalet on the north/east and south sides.
The furnishings of the holiday chalet are modern and of a high standard.
A fully equipped kitchen with cooker incl. ceramic hob and stainless steel extractor bonnet, refrigerator and freezer, microwave and a coffee machine
enable you to do your own catering.
The chalet has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and a spacious sauna.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with a total of 8 beds.
The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa set and is complemented by a modern flatscreen and a high-quality stereo system.
Comfortable warmth is provided in the bathrooms, in the winter garden
and in the living and dining area.
The basic heat is generated by the stove in the living/dining area

The chalet is situated at approx. 960 metres above sea level, in a holiday park with just under 50 houses, generously spread out on a slope above Stadl an der Mur.
The village of Stadl an der Mur is picturesquely situated on the small river Mur, between the Niedere Tauern in the north and the Nockberge in the south
Due to its location south of the main ridge of the Alps, the village enjoys around 200 days of sunshine a year.
The skiing area Kreischberg - 46 km of slopes is 10 minutes away, to the Turracher Höhe - 39 km of slopes and to St. Margareten to the Katschberg - 70 km of slopes, you need 20/25 minutes.
In about 50 minutes you can reach the Carinthian lake landscape (Ossichaer, Millstädter and Wörther See) from Stadl.
In summer, the surrounding mountains invite you to go hiking and mountain biking.
The absolute nature highlight of the region is the Nockberge Biosphere Park as a strictly protected idyll: 216 square kilometres in size, this nature reserve stretches west of the Turracher Höhe and should help preserve the Nockberge in its unique beauty. This paradise for mountain lovers can be hiked in various forms from the Turracher Höhe.
For golf enthusiasts, the Golf Club Murau - Kreischberg offers a driving range with distinction.
Two further golf courses can be found within a radius of 50 kilometres.
Whether cycling on the Murradwanderweg, tennis and swimming in Stadl, to rafting on the Mur, the area offers a suitable leisure option for everyone.

Summer holiday 2021
We felt very much at home in this comfortable house. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing summer holiday in a beautiful location, surrounded by great hiking opportunities.
Supermarket and bakery are five minutes away by car. Special mention should be made of the children's playground in the village and the large bathing pond in the immediate vicinity, which also allows small children to romp and splash around safely in an extra area.
In short, everything was perfect and we will be happy to come back.
