Our cosy holiday flat offers space for 2 to 4 people. The living room is equipped with TV, radio, DVD player and game collection. A seating area with couch, armchair and coffee table is in the living room and also one in the bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds and wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, bread slicer, microwave and a wide range of crockery. Furthermore, the flat has a modern sanitary room (shower, toilet and washbasin). The rooms are accessible via a staircase and a small hallway. There is a cosy seating area in the entrance area and a guest parking space directly in front of the house. All rooms of the holiday flat are on one level. A baby cot can also be set up. There are also locked storage facilities for bicycles, skis, etc.

Location and surroundings of object
Our non-smoking holiday flat is located near the forest, towards the outskirts of Kleinschmalkalden and is the ideal starting point for relaxing hikes along the famous "Rennsteig" hiking trail. Kleinschmalkalden is one of 6 districts of the municipality of Floh-Seligenthal, a state-recognised resort and is located on the southern side of the Thuringian Forest. The village stretches over several beautiful valleys with densely wooded mountains and is only 5 km from the Rennsteig. The largest cowbell in the world hangs in Kleinschmalkalden. The Hohe Warte (602 m) is the landmark of Kleinschmalkalden and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding forests. The Mommelstein cycle path passes Kleinschmalkalden and connects Schmalkalden with the Rennsteig. There are many hiking and excursion destinations in the surrounding area, the half-timbered town of Schmalkalden, Brotterode, near the Großer Inselsberg, the Oberhof winter sports centre and much more. The famous classic cities: Erfurt, Weimar, Eisenach, Gotha, Schmalkalden and Meiningen can be reached from here. The zoo in Suhl, the ski jump in Oberhof, the sandstone and fairytale cave in Walldorf, the sea aquarium in Zella-Mehlis and the theatre in Meiningen are highly recommended.
