What a pity…
Too bad... The anticipation for this vacation was great, as we knew the Finnish cabins from before. The disappointment was even greater when we arrived at our destination. Even from the outside, there was nothing inviting. When we were finally inside, our first thought was not to unload the car at all, but to go straight back home. The living area was all dirty and unloved. The furnishings are not as promised, the decor makes one think that each operator has tidied up their garden houses and left some items in the holiday home, the windows inside and outside are dirty and full of cobwebs... Really a shame, because with just a little effort, very nice holiday homes could be made in this beautiful area. Cost-wise, this shouldn't be a problem, as the price is not exactly low.

Very nice and quiet accommodation at the Rennsteig
We stayed in both holiday homes again after 6 years with 4 family. We were very enthusiastic about the renovation work. The houses were unrecognisable on the inside. Everything was furnished in a modern way. A big thank you to the new owners!!! Very nice owners!!! We will definitely come back.
