Description
The electric gate opens and your holiday begins. The small details like the pond in front of the house with adjacent waterfall to the pool bring the special atmosphere here. It was really thought of everything and the special flair of the cosiness considered.
In the main house are two bedrooms with bathroom en suite (one with fireplace and whirlpool tub with color changer and all extras), a living room with fireplace, a dining room and a kitchen.
Pictures say more than words but the large heated outdoor jacuzzi (for 4 pers.) On the roof terrace with dream views, the bedroom and the adjoining bathroom with whirlpool tub, fireplace and panoramic view like many other details you just have to experience live.
The kitchen with a large gas cooker, backoff, dishwasher and all comfort leaves nothing to be desired, and the adjoining dining room offers not only 10 people unrestricted space, but also offers a great view while the fireplace in the background of the living room underlines the comfort. The large flat TV with DVD system in the living room invites you on the comfortable sofas to cuddly TV nights when the weather is not quite so warm you can enjoy outside all the advantages of the two terraces at the house and the large pool terrace (with large pool).
Also the sauna (which is heated with a wood stove) with a panoramic view is just a huge experience. A special flair is also provided by the lighting around the house and on the terraces, which are equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers in sufficient numbers.
Really an exclusive place where even the * small guests * was conceived in which you have a bit apart but well visible a climbing tower has erected to the chute, climb and rocking.
In the annex of the finca is a living room with fireplace, flat TV, a small kitchen and an adjacent shower room. Of course, here everything is state-of-the-art and just like the entire main house, everything is equipped with underfloor heating. The water in the house is upgraded via a modern water treatment plant from its own well.
On the property there are old fig trees, apple, lemon, lemon, pomegranate, quince, etc. and unforgettable is the smell of the wild mint spreading your scent everywhere.

This holiday paradise is located on a square meter plot in a dream location, only 3 km from Arta, at the end of a cul-de-sac (but a well-fortified road). In Arta you will find everything you need for your daily life. This place is still characterized by local life, so that you can use all the facilities of the village in the low Tuesday you can meet in the more peaceful village to the market and from the living chicken to the fresh fruit, food or home made from olive wood You get everything here. The pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador and the historical fortress of the same name, with a view of the green, hilly landscape and the nature reserve of the Sierra de Llevant with its mountains, is worth visiting. | A dog is charged with 10 € per day and has to be approved in the rental agreement. For the use of the Wlan will be charged once €. The rental rates are for the finca (for 4 persons + 2 toddlers up to 3 years of age) without the guest house. The use of the guest house (for 2 more persons) amounts to € per day and once €. Restful oasis / Pure relaxation
We were in September 22/23/24 with our friends (2 couples with a small dog) for the 3rd time in a row in "our paradise Wellnatura" and enjoyed it again very much. Our impressive photos, whether from the sunrises and sunsets, the wide view, the sheep, the many plants with almonds and lemons, and much more are already a dream and lasting memories. On gray winter days, you can conjure up a feeling of well-being with these photos, which I am currently doing! Depending on the wind and the position of the sun, we gratefully accepted and enjoyed the different seating and lounging areas. The kitchen was fully equipped. Additionally, candles, cushions, decor, beautiful colors, and plants provided a very cozy feeling. The service is also noteworthy, starting from the cleanliness and care in the house and garden with a loving welcome (flowers, fruits, wine) to a dog bed, treats, and a dog towel. We appreciated the open, spacious living area even more in September 2025, as it was significantly cooler and more unpredictable this year. The freestanding bathtub with a view over the beautiful landscape was a hit. Often, we drove to Canyamel to the small beach and visited many beautiful places, but we always happily returned to our idyll. This tranquility and the bleating of the sheep... it was pure relaxation. Partly, a couple sat here, another there by the pool, and this expanse was particularly beautiful and offered opportunities that are rarely found! Often, we simply spent a wellness day at the finca because we loved this special atmosphere so much. Sitting together on the beautiful, covered terrace in the evening with a view of the sunset was an everyday delight. It is felt everywhere that this finca was built with much love and empathy. Thank you!

I live on the island of Sylt and have here the rental agency Sylt holiday objects so I am accustomed to a certain standard and have this standard in the Finca Wellnatura to be influenced: Only in 2010 was the Finca completely gutted and then rebuilt what was really worth it. I love this house in the middle of nature. I love to sit in front of the fireplace in the bathtub and enjoy the nature through the panorama window. In the bed in front of the fireplace reading a book or drinking a glass of wine in the jacuzzi on the roof terrace. Enjoy undisturbed and unique moments at Finca Wellnatura. Children are welcome !!!!
