Description
This studio apartment is furnished with personal and loving flair. Living-bedroom with dining and cooking area, wardrobe-closet, bathroom with shower and toilet and many small cozy details. For them alone is a covered outdoor seating area to stay comfortable and also independent of the weather. In the apartment house is the in-house Lapetop available, should you not be able to use WLAN. In the basement you can also use the sunbed and all fitness equipment free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
This logie is situated in a quiet but central location. A bus in front of the door provides the connection to the city visit. From the apartments a bus connection goes in 8 minutes to the U1/Oberlaa, which then goes in 3-5 min. cycle to the city. Also so close is the Therme Wien, which is known as a spa (sulphur) for various treatments, or invites you to swim and relax. Equally worthwhile is a walk in this spa park and a detour to the famous spa confectionery
On foot along the Liesingbach you can reach the oldest church in Vienna with Roman excavations, or visit one of the many nice Heurigen in Oberlaa. Not far away are inviting golf courses with 9 or 36 holes
are within easy reach, as is an equestrian centre in a historic estate. Vienna Woods lovers can hike in 20 minutes by car and follow the footsteps of Franz Schubert in the "Höldrichsmühle".

War super - fits.
We had a lovely time in this vacation apartment, which was very well-maintained, clean, and lovingly furnished. The location was quiet and there was good public transport access. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and easily reachable.

very good place to stay
We had a wonderful time in this vacation apartment. The accommodation was very clean, lovingly furnished, and fully equipped - we lacked nothing! The location is very quiet. The hostess was very friendly and incredibly accommodating. The check-in was straightforward - and she was always reachable for questions. The public transport connection to get to Vienna is very good and uncomplicated. We will definitely come back.

First Recreation Island
The charming landlord is always helpful and has tips ready. Her apartment is tastefully decorated and the location is ideal for quickly being in the center, but also quickly back on the "island of calm" in Unterlaa. Thanks to the well-timed public transport in Vienna, it is very easy to arrive by train and get anywhere locally. All in all, highly recommended!

A dream!!!!
After a long journey, we arrived at this beautiful, small apartment. It has everything one needs for a "short stay." As a welcome, there was a chilled bottle of "Frizzante," extra delicious from a winery, many thanks to Ms. Ibetsberger. The residence is very, very quiet, and there is a cozy little gazebo for relaxing in the garden. The convenient location to the bus stop is also noteworthy; you can really leave the car parked for the whole day! For those who like to sleep on hard mattresses... the bed is very, very soft, but it didn't bother us. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that whoever comes here wants to take a vacation, to recover from stress, etc. So: leave the laptop at home, the Wi-Fi is really not so good, but that’s due to the location of the apartment. It’s sufficient for phones, it didn’t bother us. In this sense, full score! ! ! ! If we come back to Vienna, we'd love to return to the lovely Ms. Ibetsberger! ! !
