Description

This studio apartment is furnished with personal and loving flair. Living-bedroom with dining area and kitchenette, walk-in wardrobe room, bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a seating area in the green invite you to linger comfortably. A self-regulating electric heating system ensures a good climate in all seasons. No parking worries, as we can offer a garage or parking space depending on the occupancy. In the basement our guests can use the fitness area and the tanning bed free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object

This logie is situated in a quiet but central location. A bus in front of the door provides the connection to the city visit. From the apartments a bus connection goes in 8 minutes to the U1/Oberlaa, which then goes in 3-5 min. cycle to the city. Also so close is the Therme Wien, which is known as a spa (sulphur) for various treatments, or invites you to swim and relax. Equally worthwhile is a walk in this spa park and a detour to the famous spa confectionery
On foot along the Liesingbach you can reach the oldest church in Vienna with Roman excavations, or visit one of the many nice Heurigen in Oberlaa. Not far away are inviting golf courses with 9 or 36 holes
are within easy reach, as is an equestrian centre in a historic estate. Vienna Woods lovers can hike in 20 minutes by car and follow the footsteps of Franz Schubert in the "Höldrichsmühle".

Η ιδιοκτήτρια του σπιτιού ήταν πολύ ευγενική και μας εξυπηρέτησε σε ότι και αν χρειαστηκαμε. Σωστή επαγγελματίας αλλά και καλός άνθρωπος. Το διαμέρισμα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και σε καλή περιοχή, η οποία έχει εύκολη πρόσβαση στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς. Σίγουρα θα προτιμήσω ξανά αυτό το κατάλυμα σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στη Βιέννη. Ευχαριστούμε για όλα!

Holiday in Vienna

We had a carefree holiday in Vienna, our landlady also made a significant contribution to this. The vacation rental is beautifully decorated and lacks nothing. The transport links from there to the city center by metro are excellent.

Tranquillita' e natura

Great structure in a very good location ideal for excursions in the city center of Vienna. In front of the house, there is a bus stop that quickly takes you to the tram stop and from there to the metro. Very convenient with frequent connections. We never used the car, and it was very convenient. The owners were very helpful and kind in solving some problems we had. The structure is well equipped with cooking accessories and very clean. I definitely recommend this house for those who want to visit Vienna, but also the surrounding areas. We went on excursions in the Wachau area and visited Melk Abbey.

cosy flat on the outskirts of Vienna

We found the flat very pleasant:
- The furnishings are cosy, clean and very well maintained.
- Everything we needed was there
- It is easy to get from there to the city centre by public transport (the connection is even being improved), but at the same time you have peace and quiet in the evening to really relax on holiday
- The welcome was very warm, we felt well looked after at the time.

If we come to Vienna again, the flat will definitely be on our shortlist!
