Description
This studio apartment is furnished with personal and loving flair. Living room, romantic sleeping alcove, dining and cooking area, bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a roof terrace invite you to enjoy a cosy breakfast. A self-regulating electric heating system ensures a good climate in all seasons. No parking worries, because we can offer a garage or parking space depending on the occupancy. In the basement our guests can use the fitness area and the tanning bed free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object
This logie is situated in a quiet but central location. A bus in front of the door provides the connection to the city visit. From the apartments a bus connection goes in 8 minutes to the U1/Oberlaa, which then goes in 3-5 min. cycle to the city. Also so close is the Therme Wien, which is known as a spa (sulphur) for various treatments, or invites you to swim and relax. Equally worthwhile is a walk in this spa park and a detour to the famous spa confectionery
On foot along the Liesingbach you can reach the oldest church in Vienna with Roman excavations, or visit one of the many nice Heurigen in Oberlaa. Not far away are inviting golf courses with 9 or 36 holes
are within easy reach, as is an equestrian centre in a historic estate. Vienna Woods lovers can hike in 20 minutes by car and follow the footsteps of Franz Schubert in the "Höldrichsmühle".

A Relaxing Stay
The apartment is wonderful, so peaceful after the bustle of the city.
The area is rural and green and it's only a short hop on the bus, which stops outside the front door, to go to the metro where you can pick up a train to the city centre.
But... If you prefer to relax in the evening there are a couple of restaurants very close by, one Austrian and one Asian.
There is also a baker shop within walking distance.
The apartment has everything you need and more.
The hostess is kind and generous.
She really knows how to look after holiday makers. She gave us a comprehensive list of instructions, a bottle of good quality sparkling wine and 2 packs of Austrian wafer biscuits. Delicious ?

Appartamento vacanza
The apartments are simple and have everything: a small kitchen, washing machine, balcony, built-in wardrobe, gym, bus stop in front of the house that takes you to the metro in 5 minutes. The landlady is always ready when you call her, if you need something. Prices are a dream all year round. We will definitely return!!!! Thank you for your availability and kindness.

a good apartment for exploring Vienna
The apartment is perfect for exploring the city. It is perfectly connected to public transportation and has everything you need to relax after a beautiful but also exhausting day in Vienna. The rooftop terrace and the quiet rural surroundings contribute a lot to this, and the apartment's furnishings are very well thought out and made with love. Mrs. Ibetsberger is a warm and thoughtful host. The champagne that was waiting for us in the refrigerator upon our arrival quickly made us forget the strains of a long journey, and the helpful information from the host helped us to find our way around Vienna from the very beginning. We are happy to recommend this accommodation.

Very nice terrace flat
Very quiet and well located.
Parking in the courtyard, landlady very friendly and helpful.
