Description

Additionally, both bedrooms are equipped with a 32 inch wall-mounted TV.

In the children's room, there is a bunk bed (2x 90x200 cm) with a wardrobe, as well as a crib and high chair available. For our smallest guests, we also provide a portable changing table, baby bathtub, potty, toilet seat reducer, and step stool in the house.

All bedrooms have laminate flooring, while the other areas are tiled.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area at Förster-Schrödter-Str. 29, a dead-end street with little traffic, at the end of which a staircase provides direct beach access

The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach, the Streckelsberg nature reserve and the island cycle path along the coast are only about 300 m away and thus almost on the doorstep.

In the village you will find various restaurants and cafés, bakeries, a discount grocery shop, a department store for daily necessities and clothing, a petrol station, post office, spa administration, dialysis centre, doctors, pharmacy, Karl's Erlebnis-Dorf and much more

Ideal starting point with all comforts for beach enthusiasts, cyclists and hikers in the best location of Koserow.

Koserow, idyllically situated on the narrowest part of the island of Usedom, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, is unique and diverse in its natural features. Whether bathing enthusiasts, sailors, surfers, hikers or cyclists, everyone can get their money's worth here. The third highest elevation on the island of Usedom, the Streckelsberg with its 58 m height, is particularly attractive. From its steep coast, the observer is offered a wonderful view of the sea.

Koserow's railway station is connected to the Usedom Bäderbahn (UBB), which takes you to the IC/ICE stations in Züssow and Stralsund. The UBB also runs regular services to Zinnowitz, Bansin, Heringsdorf, Ahlbeck and Swinemünde in Poland.

A linen package (bed linen/towels) can be added on request for EUR 15.00 per person

The visitor's tax is to be paid additionally. It amounts to 2.00 EUR/night for adults from April to October and 1.00 EUR/night from November to March of the year. Children and youths up to 17 years of age are exempt.

Cancellation terms:

If the rental agreement is not complied with, the tenant is liable for the resulting loss of rent. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Dream vacation

Hello Mrs. Kozlowski,
Thank you for allowing us to spend a beautiful 14 days in your vacation home. It was wonderful; the house has everything one could think of.
It felt like home, the location to the beach, a quiet area, super clean house—couldn’t be better.
Saying goodbye was very difficult for us.

Always like coming home.

Our stay in the beautiful Kozlowski holiday home was like coming home again, something that has drawn us there for several years now. It's not just because it is lovingly furnished and lacks nothing, and is a quiet haven in its garden with the venerable oak tree. Remarkably, it is also in immediate proximity to the sea and the famous Koserower beech forest, with wonderful sea views from Streckelsberg. After breakfast on the terrace, there are many tempting things to do, such as beach walks, bike rides (bikes available), visiting the modern pier, and not least the Niemeyer-Holstein workshop. These are all good reasons to keep coming back, dear Ms. Kozlowski. We already look forward to our next vacation in your holiday home.

I searched and searched and then found this wonderful house.

Finally, the day of arrival came. Mrs. Blunk opened the gate and door, and I stood in "my longed-for paradise." The house is beautiful, very tastefully furnished, and somehow exudes a charm that makes worries disappear and opens up the view to the bigger picture again...

I felt incredibly comfortable and immediately rebooked.

A very beautiful house in an absolutely great location

The house on a large plot, surrounded by tall beautiful hedges, welcomed us with sunshine on the day of our arrival.

We had a warm handover of the house by the company Blunk.

The location of the house is great. The surroundings are quiet and well-kept, and one gets the impression of living here alone.

The beach is really only a few minutes away, and in the evening, the new bridge, now illuminated, is a sight to behold with a walk on the beach. The holiday home is clean and equipped with everything you need or could need; we didn't miss anything. The rooms are tastefully decorated with pictures. (I particularly liked the sunflowers and the picture that our landlady decorated so tastefully in the large hallway.) The bathroom is spacious and has enough hooks, towel holders, and shelves for personal items. There is plenty of disinfectant throughout the house. And we felt safe. The house was very easy to heat and got nice and warm according to our wishes. We felt very comfortable in the house and we will come back.

The surroundings offer plenty of experiences. The communication with Mrs. Kozlowski was fantastic from the beginning. She consistently provided us with information about the COVID situation. Just before our departure from home, she also sent us information about events and road construction on the island. Thank you very much! Thank you very much for letting us use your beautiful house, which allowed us to have such a great relaxing holiday.

Holiday 2021

A great holiday home...

... where we feel at home. We were here for the 3rd time and already booked for 2022. The house is clean, well-equipped. The landlady and the property management are very friendly. The location near the beach is great, in Koserow you can do/experience almost everything without a car. Pure relaxation.

Beautiful holiday home near the beach with everything your heart desires

My parents and I stayed here for 1 week on vacation in August and we were very satisfied. Everything is well-maintained and it offers everything you need for a vacation, such as a comfortable bed, a good kitchen, and a nice balcony to relax. The location is great, close to the beach and the city center. We would definitely come back again. a garden surrounded by conifers and a privacy fence, carport, welcome sparkling wine, windows with shutters and fly screens, spacious kitchen fully equipped, washing machine, clothesline, very nice bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms, large living room, large electric roller shutter in the living room, games, sewing kit, TV, radio, WiFi, fireplace, shed with 3 bicycles, grill, terrace with parasol, loungers, etc. just to list a few things. The beach is located about 300 meters away, which can be easily reached on foot via a road with a restaurant and other dining options. For us, it was a very relaxing holiday, and we can recommend this holiday home without hesitation. Everything has been thought of and done to provide holidaymakers with a pleasant and relaxing vacation.
