Description

The bungalow has a living area of approx. 50 sqm and heating in all rooms.
The light-flooded living room has a cozy seating and dining area for 4 people (see pictures). TV and radio.
The built-in kitchenette is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster,
kettle and refrigerator (no oven).
It has 2 bedrooms:
In the 1st bedroom (children's room) there is a (children's) bunk bed (80x180 cm)! ) Washbasin (cold/warm) and wardrobe.
In the 2nd bedroom there are 2 beds, each 80x190 cm. (Attention: Please bring fitted sheets 100/200 and pillowcases for all 4 beds), washbasin (cold/warm) and wardrobe.
The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cabin, toilet, and small hand basin.
In the secluded garden, there are a garden table and garden furniture on the terrace. In the garden house there are 2 bicycles for adults and 1 children's bicycle, which you can use free of charge. However, these are not part of the rental contract. Only a voluntary service from the landlord.
Directly at the house there are 2 parking spaces reserved for you.
So no long distances for loading and unloading. Arrival Saturday from 3:00 p.m.
Departure Saturday by 11:00 a.m.

Wi-Fi available in the house

The rental price does NOT include the tourist tax, final cleaning (65€), and, for dogs, the dog fee (12€ per dog per week). These are additional.

Location and surroundings of object

The bungalow is located in the small and well-kept bungalow park
HOOG KOOG, the south, about 800 m. Before de Koog. They can also be reached in 10-15 walking minutes. The forest or beach.
In the immediate vicinity you will find riding stables, a pony farm, subtropical leisure pool with sauna and giant slide. Within the park are sufficient play facilities for children and a wash house.

Cancellation terms:

If the tenant is unable to commence the agreed vacation, he must notify the landlord as soon as possible. However, he remains liable for the rent unless the property can be rented out to someone else during the scheduled rental period. If the agreed rental period is not fully adhered to, the full rent for the agreed timeframe must still be paid.

Very gladly again!

I spent 1 week in the lovely little house with my dog.
For us, it was perfect, almost perfectly furnished, the garden large and well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, we like to walk and were in de Koog in about 15 minutes and another 10 minutes at the beach. ?️
We would love to come back.

Great little house

We are already here for the second time in this beautiful bungalow and feel very comfortable. The bungalow is quietly located and you can quickly get to the center of Koog. The landlords and the manager are also very nice, and we always like coming here. Moreover, the price-performance ratio is right. You also have your own parking space directly at the house and a beautiful garden.

Top-Häuschen

A tastefully furnished little house in a top location and still very quiet. Perfect for 2 people. Very nice landlords and the manager on site is also very friendly and helpful. He organized a drying rack for us at short notice. We would definitely come back.

Nice little holiday home near the coastal forest, ideal for dog owners, nice small garden well furnished. Perfect the parking space located directly at the house. Inside well equipped with everything, but bedside lamps for reading are missing. Sometimes the sesame lock is missing to close the terrace door. Overall small details. Very nice manager.

Coming home

We have had the pleasure of being guests at the Rubenthaler family's holiday home several times. For us, it truly feels like arriving and relaxing. The house is surrounded by tall hedges, and one can sit comfortably in the garden and enjoy meals. A grill is also available. The car is practically right next to the house, so you don’t have to carry suitcases or groceries far. The bikes invite you to leave the car behind and explore the island by bike. We are already looking forward to our next stay ☀️

Beautiful little house in a great location

The little house is small but fine, equipped with everything you need.
Small garden, parking right by the house.
About 2 km on foot to the beautiful De Koog and the beach.
From here, you can enjoy walking through the dunes and the forest.
I only need the car for trips to the lighthouse or the castle.
The house has a small room with bunk beds, 1 small bedroom, and a living-dining room with TV and all German channels.
Dogs are very welcome, just like pretty much everywhere on Texel.

A wonderful vacation ....

...together on Texel. Also thanks to the beautiful accommodation. Cozy and comfortable accommodation with a small garden for breakfast in the morning sun or stargazing in the evening. At the same time, the little house, or its furnishings, offers everything needed for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully equipped. We also cooked on some evenings. A parking space is available. It's only about a 10-minute walk to the nearest shopping opportunity. To the beach as well, so also perfectly located. We will come back!

Easter on Texel.

Easter 2024 we spent on Texel in your wonderful holiday home with a beautiful garden! The furnishings are perfect, the heating worked reliably, and the location in the very quiet small holiday home complex was very pleasant, and the distance to the beach, a 20-minute walk, was completely ok! We felt very welcome with our dog and would love to come back!!

Schönes Häuschen

The cottage has everything you need and the parking space by the house makes it worthwhile to use the bicycles available there for the holiday or to rent some for the stay! Due to its proximity to the center and shopping facilities, you are well provided for there! The way to the beach is also not the farthest! All in all, a charming cottage that we will gladly rent again!
