Villa Adry is new built, groundfloor villa situated in Kastel, near Umag. The special feature of this holiday home is the 50 sqm pool with hydromassage corner. The Villa Adry has well maintained garden of 500 sqm fenced with high hedge which gives the guests high level of privacy. In village itself, at only 350 m there is very good, traditional restaurant, while the closest grocery shop is on 2km , and the beach at only 8,5 km.

Reservation cancellations on the arrival day or NO SHOW: 100% of the total reservation cost is charged. The day when the cancellation notice has been received is considered the cancellation date (if it happens to be a holiday or Sunday, it will be the next working day). In case of no-show or unannounced delayed arrival, ISTRIA HOME keeps the total reservation amount.
