Our flat Landhausstube is located on the ground floor and is 58 sqm, so it offers enough space for up to 4 people (including a maximum of 2 children).
Out of consideration for our older guests, we accommodate a maximum of 2 children from the age of 7. The maximum number of children under 7 years is limited to 1. Children under 4 years only on request

The large sun-flooded living room offers a cosy seating area with a sofa, armchair, flat screen TV and small stereo system as well as a separate dining area. A children's high chair is available free of charge.
In the kitchenette you will find a new well-equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, egg boiler, toaster, sufficient crockery, cutlery and glasses as well as all necessary kitchen utensils
Both bedrooms have comfortable beds for a restful sleep and enough storage space for your luggage. One bedroom has a double bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. Our service: Freshly made beds await you free of charge upon arrival! All rooms can be darkened with external blinds and all bedrooms have insect screens.
A window bathroom with shower/WC and bathroom cabinet complete the room offer.
There is also a wardrobe, a shoe cupboard and a clothes horse available.
You can access the sunny south-facing terrace directly from the living room. Here you can enjoy the sun from breakfast with fresh, crispy bread rolls from the nearby bakery in the morning to a cosy barbecue with a glass of wine in the beach chair or the seating area with table and wicker chairs in the evening. A barbecue and sun umbrella are ready for you.

In Baabe in the scenically beautiful Mönchgut, our holiday home is located in a side street only 300 m away from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island of Rügen.
You can easily reach all shopping facilities such as supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Nah und Frisch) and bakeries as well as restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours, bicycle rental etc. on foot. It is also only a stone's throw to the spa treatments, the spa administration and the stops of the "Rasender Roland" and the Bimmelbahn. The large fun pool in Sellin is also only a few minutes away by car.
A relaxing walk along the beach promenade will take you to either Goehren or Sellin, and from Baabe you can set off on the most beautiful cycling tours along the coast or through the varied inland.

Beautiful apartment and very nice landlords.
We just returned from vacation yesterday - we would love to go back immediately as the vacation apartment at Fam. Nickel was so beautiful.
The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need is available. The apartment is also very clean and tidy and decorated with great attention to detail.
The furniture is new and beautiful. Everything is very tasteful. I especially liked the country-style wardrobe (I would have liked to pack it in my suitcase...).
The terrace leaves nothing to be desired. There is a table with 4 chairs, a beach chair, and sun loungers and an umbrella. So you really don't need more to relax!!! Breakfast in the morning sun was perfect.
The location is ideal. The beach is not far away. You could almost say it's just around the corner. Also, the beach road and promenade are quickly reachable in a few minutes on foot.
Everything you need is easily accessible. The bakery, Lidl, gas station, small nice shops on the beach road.
Since the landlords live in the apartment above, we received one or two tips for our stay on Rügen, which we were very grateful for and which allowed us to enjoy the vacation even more and maybe wouldn't have seen otherwise. An extra star for that!!!!
In general, if possible, I would give 10 stars.
We will definitely come back when we vacation in Rügen one day.
Conclusion: This accommodation can be recommended wholeheartedly!!!

Always happy to come back
This year we again spent our vacation with the Nickel family in Baabe and did not regret it. Everything just fits:
- Prime location and still pleasantly quiet
- a great new fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher
- cozy freshly made beds with new mattresses
- external blinds
