This charming detached country house is located in Panoramalage at 600 meters altitude in a medieval mountain village. It is surrounded by chestnut groves and offers a fantastic view of the Apennine mountain peaks.
The medieval villa has been restored and modernized several years ago with great care and attention to detail respecting the traditional Tuscan farmhouse.
The holiday house is very suitable for weddings and other celebrations for 14 (inside) and 20 (outside) persons.
Smoking is not welcome.
Pets are welcome, please advise when booking.

The charming property offers 350 square meters of space in 6 (in other descriptions 7 ??)
Bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with 3 living areas, 1 kitchen and 1 dining room. The rooms are distributed over 3 floors. A covered terrace at the house invites you to eat outside.
On the ground floor the floors are traditional stone and the ceilings still have the original wooden beams made of chestnut wood.
Here is a large living room with fireplace and small table for 4 persons, the dining room with space for max. 12 people, a bathroom with shower, a utility room with washing machine and the comfortably equipped kitchen.
The first floor reaches via an outside staircase and comes into a large open space with fireplace. There is also a very spacious living room with fireplace, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a suite with a double bedroom, a private bathroom with shower and an anteroom, as well as a small children's room.
On this level, the spacious terrace with table and chairs provides a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside and the garden with the pool. From here, the staircase leads directly into the garden.
On the next floor there is a double bedroom with a bathroom en suite, a triple bedroom with 3 single beds and also a bathroom en suite, a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and another bathroom.
All bathrooms are equipped with showers.
This level can be reached via a wooden stairs. On the large terrace, which reminds of a tower, chairs, wooden benches and a deck chair invite you to enjoy the wonderful surroundings.
Outside:
The pool area (9 x 4 m, m deep) (with very different information about the pool size on the internet site!) With jacuzzi nozzles, an outside shower and sunbaths is located in the neat fenced garden.
Everywhere in the garden are shady places to relax and to relax.
At the old Steintisch, guests can enjoy their outdoor meals, which they have prepared on the charcoal grill.

The house is located in the heart of Garfagnana and is only a few minutes' walk from the small village of Sillicano, surrounded by lush vegetation, close to the famous natural park of the Apuan Alps.
The Garfagnana is a lush green natural landscape in the north-west of Tuscany, in the province of Lucca.
Here, guests can undertake extensive cycling, hiking and trekking trips along the numerous green trails or to visit the picturesque and charming villages in the area.
The Feriendomizil is an ideal starting point for day trips to the well-known Tuscan art and culture cities such as Florence, Prato and Pisa.
The nearby historic city of Lucca is only a few kilometers away and the beaches of Forte Dei Marmi and Viareggio are also nearby.
8 km away is the nearest town Castelnuovo di Garfagnana. Here you can find shops of all kinds, bars and restaurants, post office and banks.
