Description
Before you send a request, please calculate the proposed price. Check availability, enter the date of arrival, date of departure and number of people in the selected holiday property. Calculate the price. In the summer holidays (July - August) we rent our holiday homes for stays of minimum 7 nights from Saturday or longer.
We offer you comfortable wooden houses in 2 complexes on one fenced ground, 6 (built in 2016) and 8 quite new wooden houses (built in 2017). Each of them is equally equipped and decorated with an area of m2 + terrace. A total of 14 houses with the possibility of accommodation up to 100 people. Possibility of accommodation in a house for 6 people (two bedrooms) + 2 additional persons in the living room on a sofa bed.
The cottages are located about 900m from the sea. The walk leads to a very wide beach, which is not located at the main entrance in Sarbinowo, thanks to which this part of the beach is not crowded.
The entire estate is fenced (the gate is locked). On the premises there is a playground with attested equipment and for children a sandpit with certified sand.
Ground floor: living room (couch, bench and TV), table, 4 chairs, kitchenette (fridge, set of dishes, cutlery and pots for 6 people, electric hob, cordless kettle), microwave, bathroom (toilet, shower, washbasin, electric boiler).
Floor: two bedrooms - in each of them one double bed and one single bed, a chest of drawers and a clothes rack.
Outside: in front of each house there is a terrace with garden furniture, and a designated place with a barbecue.
Each of the houses has a parking space for 1 car in the complex.
Bed linen is on the equipment of the cottage.
Please bring your own bathroom towels and beach towels, which we do not provide.

Location and surroundings of object
During the summer holidays, we rent houses for weekly or longer stays, starting always from Saturday. Other days of arrival only in the event of such a possibility.
In the period from October to April, we offer stays only for groups of 20 people and booking a minimum of 4-5 houses. In periods outside the holiday season, electricity consumption is not included in the price.
The houses are adapted to accommodation, 4 to a maximum of 6 people plus, possibly 2 additional persons on a sofa bed in the living room.
The house may be inhabited by the number of people in line with the reservation and the payment made.
Possibility of accommodation for over 100 people.
Smoking is prohibited in each of the houses and at the playground.
Pets allowed after agreement with the hirer (additional fee applies). Determinants: dogs on the premises must be kept on a leash, moving the dog out of the field as needed.
To send you keys, we expect Pansta at the reception. The reception is open (except arrivals) from to 14:00. We ask for the exact time of arrival to SARBINOWA and directions to the accommodation.
Accommodation from 15:00 to 18:00. The house must be abandoned until 10:00 am on the day of departure.
DRIVE. Due to the fact that the object is very new, access from the main street (Nadmorska) is a well-paved gravel road (which will change in the near future).

Sarbinowo (until 1945 German: Sorenbohm) is a summer village in northwestern Poland, located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the Koszalin poviat, in the commune of Mielno, 7 km west of Mielno. Located on the Baltic Sea, on the Coast.
The first information about the village comes from 1309. For a long period the village was located km from the Baltic coast, but in the nineteenth century the town was threatened by being swallowed by the sea. To prevent this in 1910, a stone-concrete retaining wall, 1 km long along the beach, was placed, which prevented further erosion
In the village there is a church erected in 1856 with a high tower built on an octagon plan, with stained-glass windows in pointed-arch windows. On the walls there are stations of the Way of the Cross painted by Jerzy Nowosielski. In Sarbinowo there is also a historic cottage from 1804. It has a half-timbered wall made of oak and covered with a reed roof. It is an example of a fishing cottage called narrow-fronted.

Unfortunately, we have nothing good to report about this accommodation.
The house was dirty, everywhere was dirt, broken and very short bedsheets. The couch dirty, broken, and soiled.
Unpleasant was that the terrace in front of the house was also in poor condition, posing a significant source of injury with children.
It was also regrettable that for a family of 5, there was only 1 small pot and 1 small pan. It was very noisy, so you could hear everything that was going on in the neighborhood. The price for everything is simply outrageous and not justified.
The only good thing about the vacation was that the weather was truly fantastic and it is a really beautiful place.
We will surely come back, just not to one of these houses.
