The house has 2 floors. Ground floor: 1 bedroom (double bed 1.80 x 2.00, 2 mattresses) with directly adjoining bathroom, living-dining room with air conditioning, separate kitchen, guest WC which also contains the washing machine
Kitchen equipment: ceramic hob, oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.
Outdoor area at ground level: very large outdoor terrace with large roof and sun protection, solar outdoor shower
Upper floor: 3 bedrooms (each with double bed 1.80 x 2.00, 2 mattresses) and 2 bathrooms
Air conditioning and SAT-TV in all bedrooms
Outdoor area upper floor: terrace with large glass roof
Extras: WallBox directly at the house for charging electric cars, charcoal grill, outdoor sink
Bed linen, hand and kitchen towels must be brought. German support on site

This great house is located in a great residential area, very close to the beach and the shopping area

In the bay of Roses, Costa Brava, Spain, at the foot of the Pyrenees, lies Empuriabrava, the largest marina in Europe with approximately 35 km of navigable water channels, right and left villas with their own boat lounging area right on the property. There is never boredom in Empuriabrava !! The restaurant offer is international and rich.
From the Catalan kitchen to the domestic stove, everything is there and easy to find; As well as the shopping for the daily as well as special needs. The sport offer is also very rich, from parachute jumping to go-kart, from tennis to the boat rental.
If it is a bit later, you can visit one of the cozy Bodegas (spanish: wine bar), or dance in the disco to partymusic.
If you are looking for romance or an adventure, you have a great choice of excursions or cultural events in the rest of the Costa Brava.

Cancellation terms:

Upon cancellation of the contract, the deposit (1/3 of the rental price) is forfeited. If cancellation occurs within 20 weeks before the start of the rental, the cancellation fee is 60%. 19-16 weeks before the start of the rental, the fee is 70%. 15-14 weeks before, it's 80%. Under 14 weeks before, it's 100%. The landlord is not obligated to look for replacement tenants; however, we will assist where possible.
