Location and surroundings of object
The villa is located in a great, quiet and peaceful residential area of ??Empuriabrava. There are approximately 1 km to the beach and about 200 meters from the nearest supermarket. Restaurants and bars are 200m away. It does not main road past the house. Empuriabrava is situated on the Costa Brava, at the foot of the Pyrenees, in the beautiful and also "wild" Bay of Roses.
The place is laterally delimited by the rivers Muga and Salins Rio. A nature reserve is located in close proximity. (Park Natural // Dels Aiquamolls)
You will find the largest marina in Europe with about 30 km. navigable waterways, which give the place a very special touch.
Many villas and fishermen's houses are built in the Spanish-Moorish style.
Empuriabrava has an excellent infrastructure.
Here you will find beautiful residential areas, a main street that invites you to stroll, supermarkets, boutiques, pharmacies, doctors, cafes, discos and many restaurants with Spanish and international cuisine.
The approximately 2 km. long and about 200 m. wide sandy beach, clean sea and the surrounding coves, suitable for children and adults to swim and linger.
Relaxation and fun are inevitable here.
See Empuriabrava also a sports airport, offered at the skydiving and paragliding.
A wind tunnel also invites an extraordinary experience.
Furthermore, here are all kinds of sports such as diving, snorkeling, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, sky-surfing, canoeing, tennis, skydiving, go-karting, golf (including a pitch and putt 18 hole course available) miniature golf and much more offered.

Super Ferienhaus
The holiday house is superbly equipped and located in a great area. It's only a few minutes to the beach. Shopping facilities, etc. are available in the immediate vicinity. The landlord is very nice and always helpful. We had the entire vacation to ourselves and were not disturbed. Everything was clean and of high quality. We would love to come back!

Very central location, good parking on enclosed property. The villa is very clean and well furnished. Everything is available for a relaxing holiday. Everything worked from booking to departure. Very nice landlady who takes care of even the smallest problem. The next holiday is already booked.
