IIn the beautiful residential area of La Sella, this well kept house with private pool on a fenced, 1,000-square-foot private estate. The garden is beautifully landscaped, with spacious lawns, palm trees and other Mediterranean plants and offers a beautiful view of the sea.
The scale kidney-shaped swimming pool has a size of 8 x 5 meters and is equipped for easy entry with a Roman staircase. For cooling in between the outdoor shower provides. Guests can relax on the adjacent sun terrace where sun loungers and an umbrella are available for you.
As a special highlight awaits you at the pool a large barbecue area, where you will surely spend unforgettable evenings. The Grill House itself and also on the terrace seating are available. The existing fridge you can also enjoy the pool chilled drinks.
The beautifully furnished holiday home with internet connection is divided into a living room with satellite TV and exit to the glazed terrace, which is set up as a dining room. From here you can also reach the garden, the covered patio shade and the pool area. The owner would be grateful if there is no smoking in the house itself. The pets are possible on request if necessary. The well equipped kitchen has a stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster. The living room leads through a staircase with 5 steps to the sleeping area of the house. Here are 3 double bedrooms for you, two are (with single mattresses) furnished with a double bed, the third has a queen bed and has an additional small TV room. The bedrooms are to darken with shutters / blinds. One of the bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, the second bathroom has a tub and toilet. Washing machine is available. Your car can be parked inside the property.

herrlicher Badeurlaub
endlich mal ein Urlaub wo wir vom eigenen Ferienhaus in Badeklamotten zum Strand gehen konnten und auch abends konnten wir das Auto stehen lassen und auch mal ein Glas Vino mehr trinken ;-) das Haus selbst lies auch keine Wünsche offen
