Description
A holiday home for all seasons. This beautiful detached private house for sole use is situated on a private plot only 600 metres from the beach, in a quiet residential area. It has air conditioning and an alarm system, as well as cosy furnishings.
In the quiet residential area of Barranquets, near the village of Els Poblets near Denia, lies this well-maintained holiday home on a private plot of approx. 500 sqm. The garden has been landscaped with beautiful palm trees and other Mediterranean plants.
For bathing fun, there is a private pool of 4 x 8 metres, which is equipped with a Roman staircase for easy access. The outdoor shower can be used for cooling off in between. Four sun loungers invite you to relax and sunbathe. There is a seating set in the glazed house terrace, as well as on the outdoor terrace, to which the window front can be completely slid open.
The pool is operated by a special filter system with almost no chlorine and is therefore particularly gentle on the skin. It can be heated by a heat pump. There is a garden house by the pool with a brick barbecue grill, sink and sauna. There is also a toilet and a washing machine in the garden house.
In the house itself, you will find a comfortably furnished living-dining room with a seating area and a dining table, satellite TV, CD player and DVD, air conditioning and an exit to the terrace. The adjoining, modern fitted kitchen has, in addition to the usual cooking utensils, a microwave and a dishwasher as well as an electric cooker (Ceran) with electric oven. One bedroom of the house has also been equipped with air conditioning.
An internet connection via WLAN can be used free of charge.
Of the two bedrooms, one is furnished with two single beds and the other with a double bed (with single mattresses). The bedroom with the double bed is equipped with air conditioning. A bathroom with shower and toilet is available for you.
For the cooler season, the house is equipped with a gas central heating (liquid gas network connection - meter at the house). The costs for the heating are to be paid according to the current gas price.
There is space for your car on the enclosed property. Pets are not allowed in the house.
In winter also available for long-term rental from 5 weeks.
Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot. The extensive beach, as well as another stretch of beach with pebbles, are only 600 metres away.
