Welcome to Casa Maria!
Enjoy the beauty and serenity of our little country Homburger stylish half-timbered house.
This romantic villa is perfectly located in the most southern area of the little village. The resort offers ideal accommodation for summer and winter activity holidays, recreation, art and culture.
Our Wellness Oasis offers feel-good atmosphere on 160sqm (for 4 persons without Capannone) and up to 240sqm for up to 8 persons with the Capannone (Annex).
Our jacuzzi and sauna will enable you to relax accordingly. After a wonderful day and multiple impressions of the hills, land and nature, the living area with fireplace and comfortable couch is the right place to relax. In the morning you absorb the energy in the sunny dining area empowering yourself for shopping or sightseeing tours in the local towns or the neraby metropols Bonn, Cologne and Düsseldorf.
In our approximately 2000 square meters of gardens, you choose your favorite place - the romantic seat under the tree with a beautiful panoramic view - the sun terrace in the middle of the rose garden with the barbecue - or simply place your lounge chair wherever you like.
Enjoy the beautiful scenery while hiking or Nordic walking. You will find in and around Nümbrecht 300km of marked paths and beautiful hiking trails, including the 'Gold Route villages', the "Way of St. James' and the 'Tower Route' with its tremendous views on Castle "Schloss Homburg".
For the more speedy guests you can find 3 beautiful cycling routes: the 'mountain route', 'timber route' and 'family route'.

Depending on the season, you can help yourself to the numerous fruit trees and bushes, eggs from free-range chickens, homemade beekeeper's honey or freshly squeezed apple juice are also available in the direct vicinity.
Do you like trout and would you like to fish for it yourself? Then we can offer you an arrangement at a private pond in the immediate vicinity of Casa Maria by arrangement on site.
Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted in Casa Maria. However, you may enjoy your tobacco in the associated garden house with seating area and outside.

Best holiday
This is our second time here and definitely not our last. Better than described. And the service is great. Very nice. Very clean. Very well kept. I don't want to leave here. Really a top holiday. Thank you for the quiet and relaxing days here.

Dream house that leaves nothing to be desired
Never and nowhere have we been offered so much comfort and feel-good atmosphere at our holiday destination as during our recent holiday stay at the idyllically situated Casa Maria in Nallingen (and just 120 km away from our own home). You simply don't need anything more than this spacious house with its magnificent garden, ingenious pool, chill lounge, roof terrace with far and wild views and all the wellness equipment that is available without restriction for a completely fulfilled holiday dream.
Special thanks go to the owner family Henning, who are always ready with their hearts and hands with unsurpassable hospitality, practical immediate help and good gifts from the garden and chicken coop. Chapeau and a huge thank you for an unforgettable family holiday!

Simply great.
We stayed in Casa Maria last year in June and then again in October 2020, and this July 2021 we will be staying in the holiday home again for 2 weeks! With the children and the great pool, it's just a great combination. We have already booked again for the autumn holidays! In Casa Maria and the surrounding area, we simply have a great, eventful holiday. The wellness area with whirlpool and sauna is just great. The house is super equipped with everything you need. The Henning family is super nice and helps immediately if something is missing or needed. They even provide firewood and sticks if you plan to make baked bread. There is also a bottle of sparkling wine as a welcome! Absolutely recommendable.

For us, it was a wonderfully beautiful time. Unfortunately only a few days, but we will definitely come back. The house was indescribably beautiful and very, very clean. We loved and used the outdoor pool very often. The landlords were very accommodating, incredibly loving, and simply charming. There should be more of this. We say thank you for the wonderful time and hope to see you again. We can recommend this house with a clear conscience.

Urlaub vom Feinsten
Wir durften zwei Wochen lang die Vorzüge der Casa Maria genießen und können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Auch an schönen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der nahen Umgebung fehlt es nicht.

Geweldig 'Welness' vakantiehuis
We zijn in casa Maria geweest met onze 2 tieners.Een gezellige en goed ingerichte vakantie woning.Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst,uitgebreide rondleiding.Kregen voor ons ontbijt verse eieren aangeboden.De sauna en het bubbelbad geven je het gevoel alsof je in een welness resort bent.Goede bedden, waren al netjes opgemaakt. Huis super schoon. In de open haard was al hout gelegd, klaar om aan te steken.Mooi weids uitzicht.Goede WIFI verbinding.Veel bordspelen in de kast. Aan het tafeltennissen niet toe gekomen.We waren er voor 3 nachten, maar het had langer mogen zijn voor ons.

Das Objekt ist wirklich absolute Spitze alles passt.
Man benötigt fast nichts alles ist vorhanden Wäsche Handtücher Bademäntel.
Der Wellnesbereich ist ebenfalls klasse und sehr schön gestaltet.
Wir haben sofort für das nächste Jahr neu gebucht.

Entspannung pur
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen, ländlichen Umgebung und trotzdem mit einer guten Verkehrsanbindung.
Wir haben die Tage im Haus, in der Sauna und am offenen Kamin sehr genossen. Die Lage bietet viele Möglichkeiten für Wanderungen und Entdeckungen.
Es ist schön, wenn solche Fachwerkhäuser restauriert und erhalten werden und Gästen für eine erholsame Zeit zur Verfügung stehen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Irgendwann kommen wir gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Haus - Gastfreundschaft pur
Leider waren wir nur 2 Tage Gast in der Casa Maria. Ein solches Haus ist wirklich ungewöhnlich. Zudem hatten wir das seltene Vergnügen, die ersten Gäste zu sein. Das heißt, alles war wirklich funkelnagelneu. Ursprünglich hatten wir ein Arbeitswochenende geplant, daraus wurde dann ein Wellness- und Feierabendwochenende. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die Gastfreundschaft, die uns dort begegnet ist. Angefangen bei der Versorgung mit glücklichen Hühnereiern und selbstgezogenen Kartoffeln und und und bis hin zu einem gemeinsamen Abend mit Vermieter und Nachbarn. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.
