The holiday home is located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Nienhagen, approx. 600 m from the Baltic Sea beach.
The holiday home offers a modern and maritime ambience. In the spacious living room you will find a cosy seating area with TV, DVD and radio. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, cooker and microwave as well as a dining area. All windows are equipped with electric shutters
You are welcome to bring your computer with you; a cost-free W-LAN network is available in the houses.
Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and one single bed each are on the upper floor, as well as a shower room; there is another shower room with washing machine on the ground floor. There are additional televisions in the bedrooms.

The 600m distant beach with its steep arts, the ghost forest with its bizarre trees and the unspoilt nature will give you the opportunity to relax. The Baltic Sea resort is located between Warnemünde and Bad Doberan, both just 9 km away. Variety is provided: A trip to Rostock, Wismar and Schwerin. Many sports, such as windsurfing, diving, tennis, mini golf, golf, volleyball, hiking, jogging, bicycle tours on the European bicycle trail, a spa to use publicly, bicycle rental and a bowling alley can be found on-site or nearby.

You should also think about your next tenants
I must honestly say that I have never seen such a dirty oven and tray, and it has no top heat, only a grill.
I also can't understand why you don't clean the grill after use.
We had the starboard house, but unfortunately there is no sun on the terrace and the houses upwind and downwind always have to pass directly by the terrace.

Enttäuschend
Diese Ferienhaus/Wohnung war sehr enttäuschend. Angefangen damit, dass wir nicht die gebuchte Haushälfte bekommen haben, war die Ferienwohnung in einem mitgenommenen Zustand. Obwohl das Haus selber noch nicht so alt ist, waren Wände dreckig, Fliesen im Bad kaputt, Türklinken defekt etc. Die Sauberkeit generell ließ zu wünschen übrig, die Fliesen im Schlafzimner klebten, die Flecken auf den Matrazenschoner unappetlich... Warum hat man die Coronaauszeit nicht zum Vorrichten & Putzen genutzt? Alles in allem hat man hier das Gefühl das mit Urlaubern das schnelle Geld gemacht wird. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr geehrte Familie Kolbe-Richter,
wir bedauern, dass Sie vom Haus enttäuscht waren. Das Haus war bis kurz vor Ihrer Ankunft noch mit Handwerken belegt. Sie haben sicher festgestellt, dass die Fassaden schon eine neue Farbgebung erhalten haben. In Kürze wird auch der Innenbereich komplett renoviert und alle Schäden beseitigt, dass hat der Vermieter durch die kurzfristige Möglichkeit der Vermietung nach der Coronazeit nicht mehr vor Pfingsten geschafft. Für die offensichtlich ungenügende Sauberkeit entschuldigen wir uns, die Matrazenschoner waren jedoch vorher in der Wäscherei.

Auf den ersten Blick ein nettes Haus aber ....
Zitat der Vermieterin bei der Schlüsselrückgabe: "Schade, dass Sie kein Strafticket erhalten haben". Dies spiegelt komplett die Einstellung der Vermieterin in Bezug auf Touristen und Mieter wider. Bezogen war das auf das Befahren der Wiese hinter dem Haus.
Am besten beschreibt man das Haus als lieblos! Irgendwann einmal eingerichtet dient es nur noch als Geldeinnahmequelle.
-Schubladen sind schmutzig
-es gibt 6 Sitzauflagen aber nur 4 Stühle
-es gibt eine Waschmaschine die leckt ebenso wie die Dusche
-die Müllbehälter laufen über
-es gibt 2 Sonnenschirme für 4 Häuser - bei jedem Bettenwechsel werden die von den verbleibenden Mietern "erorbert"

Danke, dass Sie das Ferienhaus bewertet haben, Ihre Hinweise sind uns wichtig um Mängel und Fehler zu beseitigen, denn unsere Gäste sollen sich wohl fühlen und erholen. Leider haben Sie sich nicht gleich nach der Ankunft an uns gewandt, viele Punkte, z.B. die fehlenden Sitzauflagen und Sonnenschirme hätten wir kurzfristig bringen können, auch eine Nachreinigung und Reparaturen (Waschmaschine, Dusche) gehören natürlich zu unserem Service. In Ihrer Bewertung zitieren Sie im Übrigen unsere Hausdame, aber keinesfalls die Vermieterin. Auch wenn die Autos nicht auf die Wiese gehören, zu jedem Haus gehört ein Stellplatz, darf die Dame solche Äußerungen nicht machen. Dafür entschuldigen wir uns in aller Form.
