Far from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and mass tourism, yet easily accessible, our mountain chalet Maso Tòttn lies hidden away. Surrounded by mountain meadows and forests, it stands on a sunny southern slope at 1090 meters. Here in the Fersental in the Lagorai mountains in the Trentino-South Tyrol region, a fascinating mountain world awaits you, soothing silence, and a fantastic view, including of the unique Brenta Dolomites. The former mountain farmhouse, built in 1840 and now a listed building, was constructed from local stone and traditional larch timber blockwork. Look forward to days close to nature in unspoiled surroundings in a historic, detached building where modern comfort and elegance merge with history and refined design.
Stretch out your time in the mountains in a pleasant way with full privacy and many amenities. Alone, as a couple, with family, with a dog; for mountain lovers, nature friends, those seeking peace, and the sporty. Easily accessible by car.
Interior:
The chalet apartment offers 50 square meters of space for 5 people and up to 2 dogs, with a rustic living room, a fully equipped open space kitchen, including a wood stove and a rustic corner bench. Smart TV-Sat, a stereo system, a comfortable four-seater couch framed in old wood from the era of the hut’s construction, as well as a small library, including on the subject of flora and fauna, invite you to relax in comfort.
The mountain chalet offers a bedroom with exposed natural stone and a Swiss pine double bed, a bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, as well as a terracotta-tiled bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin, and bidet. The mountain chalet is heated with underfloor/central heating as well as alternatively with a wood stove and a fireplace.
Plenty of storage space is available throughout the hut and in the rock cellar, with its impressive wall thickness of over one meter.
Exterior:
For your relaxation outdoors in nature, the spacious outdoor area offers a large solid wood bench with table and panoramic view directly in front of the hut, as well as a wood grill.
In the lower area of the hut, another seating area with a cozy sun arbor invites you to linger. On the balconies on the south and west sides of the hut, you can enjoy the breathtaking sunsets from April to October.
The well-kept outdoor area is completely fenced all around the mountain chalet. Seating, sun loungers, a hammock, and sun umbrellas as well as the wood grill invite you to sunbathe, barbecue, or simply listen to nature.
An uncovered parking space is available directly at the hut.

Two rustic mountain inns in Kamaovrunt / Kamauz: 2 km, as well as two serviced alpine huts and a mountain farm. All establishments mainly use products from the Fersental. Furthermore, in Canezza, 6 km from the hut, you will find a nationally renowned Slow Food osteria, a high-quality restaurant in the castle of Pergine, 10 km from the hut, as well as various pizzerias in Pergine.

Children under 3 years stay rent free. On request free of charge: Cot, high chair, changing mat and bottle warmer. Your pets are welcome (max. 2 small - medium sized animals) and will be charged with € 8,50/ animal / day. The local tourist tax is € 1,00/night/person over 14 years for max. 10 nights. Fantastic mountain holiday, dreamlike hut
I like to see the pictures of the Tottn Hütte again when looking for a new holiday home. We were at the hut with our dog in September 2021. The view of the mountains is sensational and we enjoyed the peace and quiet up there. With the help of the beautiful weather, we were able to hike and do a lot. The region offers possibilities of every kind. In the hut itself, everything was impeccable - we didn't want for anything
We will certainly come back one day.

Anytime again
More recreation is almost impossible. The reality surpasses the advertising. We were enthusiastic about the hut as well as the Fersental. Recommended for all those who want to avoid the tourist crowds. Thanks to the friendly landlord family.

Reality surpasses the description
We spent a super autumn week hiking and relaxing in ideal weather in the holiday chalet in Trentino. Real relaxation, far away from the tourist hustle and bustle and very nice landlords. If you love the mountains and solitude, this is the place for you. We will be happy to come back.
