Our original mountain hut Maso Tòttn is completely isolated, situated in a quiet, secluded location on a mountain meadow, spanning 5000 square meters of private land, surrounded by mountain forest on the sunny southern slope at 1090 meters in Fersental in the heart of Trentino, in the holiday region South Tyrol-Trentino. In this jewel, which is a protected historic site, you can enjoy your mountain vacation undisturbed, as the hut is available for your exclusive use. It was built over 180 years ago from natural stones and log building elements made of local larch wood and offers a free panoramic view of the Brenta Dolomites (UNESCO World Heritage site) and the 3000s in the west, as well as on the mountain range of the Lagorai in the east and south and is easily accessible by car.
The cabin apartment provides 50 square meters of space for 5 people and up to 2 dogs with a rustic, fully equipped cabin kitchen and a rustic corner bench. TV, a stereo system, a comfortable four-seater couch, and a small library on the topic of flora and fauna invite you to relax.
The cabin offers a bedroom with exposed natural stones and a pine wood double bed, a bedroom with bunk beds and a single bed, and a terracotta-tiled bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and bidet with fresh hand and bath towels. Sufficient storage space is available in the cabin and in the rock cellar with its impressive wall thickness of over one meter everywhere.
For your relaxation outdoors, the spacious exterior area offers a large bench with a table and mountain view right in front of the cabin, as well as a wood grill. Below the cabin area, another seating area with a cozy sun arbor invites you to linger. On the balconies on the south and west sides of the hut, you can watch the dreamy sunsets.
The outdoor area is mostly fenced in; seating furniture, sun loungers, a sun shade and sun umbrellas invite you to take in the constantly changing nature. An uncovered parking space is available directly at the hut. Spend pleasant time alone, as a couple, with family, with friends, or with a dog in a cabin and a mountain valley where time seems to have stood still.

Our holiday cottage is located in the Valle dei Mòcheni in the municipality of Garait / Frassilongo at an altitude of 1090 meters. The self-catering structure is one of the few cottages in Trentino completely free-standing. The house is situated in a particularly quiet location on the sunny southern slopes in an untouched alpine environment with a view of the Brentadolomites, (UNESCO World Natural Heritage) and the Lagorai mountains chain. Enjoy the panoramic view from the cottage without disturbing infrastructure and their noises. The Autonomous Province of Trento (Trentino) connects directly to South Tyrol.
A stay at Maso Tòttn is ideal for nature-loving holiday likers in an intact nature with fantastic flora and fauna. A comfortable retreat for demanding mountain cottages in search of peace and nature in the mountains, as well as for families, natur lovers, likers of quietanze and sports enthusiasts, far away from the mass tourism. Only use.
Maso Tòttn can be reached by car within 35 minutes from the exit of A 22, Trento Nord and is easily accessible by any car also in the winter. The small street finishes 200 meters behind the cottage with a turning plate.

Children under 3 years stay rent free. On request free of charge: Cot, high chair, changing mat and bottle warmer. Your pets are welcome (max. 2 small - medium sized animals) and will be charged with € 8,50/ animal / day. The local tourist tax is € 1,00/night/person over 14 years for max. 10 nights. Fantastic mountain holiday, dreamlike hut
I like to see the pictures of the Tottn Hütte again when looking for a new holiday home. We were at the hut with our dog in September 2021. The view of the mountains is sensational and we enjoyed the peace and quiet up there. With the help of the beautiful weather, we were able to hike and do a lot. The region offers possibilities of every kind. In the hut itself, everything was impeccable - we didn't want for anything
We will certainly come back one day.

Anytime again
More recreation is almost impossible. The reality surpasses the advertising. We were enthusiastic about the hut as well as the Fersental. Recommended for all those who want to avoid the tourist crowds. Thanks to the friendly landlord family.

Reality surpasses the description
We spent a super autumn week hiking and relaxing in ideal weather in the holiday chalet in Trentino. Real relaxation, far away from the tourist hustle and bustle and very nice landlords. If you love the mountains and solitude, this is the place for you. We will be happy to come back.
