The inviting, fully fenced, well-kept outdoor area with its mountain meadows below the cottage has one not covered parking place directly in front of the property. At your disposal you will find an panoramic balcony with south and west orientation with seating possibilities, a south terrace with arbor and a seat with wooden bench directly in front of the cottage. Sun umbrellas, comfortable garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue invite you to relax.
There is ample space for bicycles and skis in the cellar under the kitchen.

Living kitchen
First of all, you enter our spacious living room, which is equipped with a large, comfortable corner bench, a comfortable four - seater relax couch, digital and satellite television with flat screen, a DVD player and a stereo system with CD and MP 3 players.
** A small library on the subject of mountains is at your disposal as well as a folder designed by us for leisure activities, shopping, hiking and tour suggestions in the Mòcheno valley. Hiking maps and up-to-date information material on the holiday region as well as a folder of the complete renovation work on our cottage complete the information offer.
The spacious, connected, fully equipped kitchen has a gas stove with four burners, a refrigerator, a wood stove and an adequate storage space for food. The house is heated by a gas central heating (mainly floor heating) and / or with wood. The wooden hearth, integrated into the living room, ensures a warm and cozy atmosphere for cooler and cold days, provides an additional cottage atmosphere and is ideal for cooking dishes according to local tradition. Through the additional installation of a hermetically closed stove in the parents' bedroom, the whole chalet can be heated with wood. As a result, the ambience is quickly filled with cozy warmth and the heating costs can be reduced to a minimum with a little own commitment.
Bedroom for the kids
Next to the living room is one of the cozy bedrooms, which are already laid out on your arrival, which is equipped with a bunk bed, a single bed and a spacious wardrobe.
Bathroom
After a few steps you reach the bathroom on the right. It has a shower, a washbasin with mirror, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, bath and towels, as well as plenty of space for cosmetics and other utensils.
Parents bedroom
In the stylish and high-quality parent's bedroom with elaborate visible nature stones and direct access to the panoramic balcony made of larch wood, you will find a new pinewood bed made by a local carpenter that provides for soothing sleep as well as new high-quality mattresses, a wardrobe and the stove.

Our holiday cottage is located in the Valle dei Mòcheni in the municipality of Garait / Frassilongo at an altitude of 1090 meters. The self-catering structure is one of the few cottages in Trentino completely free-standing. The house is situated in a particularly quiet location on the sunny southern slopes in an untouched alpine environment with a view of the Brentadolomites, (UNESCO World Natural Heritage) and the Lagorai mountains chain. Enjoy the panoramic view from the cottage without disturbing infrastructure and their noises. The Autonomous Province of Trento (Trentino) connects directly to South Tyrol.
A stay at Maso Tòttn is ideal for nature-loving holiday likers in an intact nature with fantastic flora and fauna. A comfortable retreat for demanding mountain cottages in search of peace and nature in the mountains, as well as for families, natur lovers, likers of quietanze and sports enthusiasts, far away from the mass tourism. Maso Tòttn can be reached by car within 35 minutes from the exit of A 22, Trento Nord and is easily accessible by any car also in the winter. The small street finishes 200 meters behind the cottage with a turning plate.

Fantastic mountain holiday, dreamlike hut
I like to see the pictures of the Tottn Hütte again when looking for a new holiday home. We were at the hut with our dog in September 2021. The view of the mountains is sensational and we enjoyed the peace and quiet up there. With the help of the beautiful weather, we were able to hike and do a lot. The region offers possibilities of every kind. In the hut itself, everything was impeccable - we didn't want for anything
We will certainly come back one day.

Anytime again
More recreation is almost impossible. The reality surpasses the advertising. We were enthusiastic about the hut as well as the Fersental. Recommended for all those who want to avoid the tourist crowds. Thanks to the friendly landlord family.

Reality surpasses the description
We spent a super autumn week hiking and relaxing in ideal weather in the holiday chalet in Trentino. Real relaxation, far away from the tourist hustle and bustle and very nice landlords. If you love the mountains and solitude, this is the place for you. We will be happy to come back.
