Sfakaki
Beautiful property, spacious and well-equipped apartment, very friendly, helpful, and warm welcome. Quite quiet, you hear less from the nearby national road than from the goats, dogs, and roosters in the area. Beach and several good taverns within walking distance, good shopping options in nearby Rethymnon. Convenient location for excursions throughout the western part of the island and east to Heraklion/Knossos. We felt very comfortable.

Clean, quiet accommodation with friendly staff. Easily accessible according to the description provided by the travel agency. Good starting point for excursions to the sights in and around Rethymno. Sandy beach (water about 25°C) and shopping within walking distance. The kitchen equipment is somewhat sparse.

We (a couple) were received very kindly and provided with tips for taverns. Our apartment was clean, bright, and practically furnished. Our balcony with a view over the bay was nice, but just enough for two people. All in all: recommended and reasonably priced!
