Villa Canella is a modern villa located in Adeleanos Kampos.
It is about 104 sqm and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for 6 persons. All rooms have air conditioning.
It is comfortably furnished and offers a very nice privacy. It shares a large plot with Villa Meli. The two villas are nicely separated from each other.
The distance to the sea is only about 800 m and it is surrounded by olive groves. Here you have a great view of the White Mountains and the sea.
The pool is approx. 7x4.5 m in size. The pool terrace is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas and a high-quality sunbathing island.
It is only a short walk to Adeleanos Kampos, to the beach and to bars, cafés and tavernas. It is also only about 1.5 km to the village of Adele. You can also cover this distance very well on foot. Rethymnon is about 10 minutes away by car.
It has a fully equipped, large kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave.....
The 3 bedrooms offer enough space for 6 persons. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed queen-size, one bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 cm.
The open living-dining area is very spacious. Of course, the villa has internet and satellite TV with almost all German channels in the living room. From here you can access the living room terrace, which is equipped with comfortable lounge furniture.
Enjoy your morning exercise on the large terrace. The villa is equipped with a yoga mat. If desired, Mira, the yoga teacher can be booked and will be happy to come to your villa
On the other side you enter the breakfast terrace, which offers a beautiful view into the olive grove.
The garden is planted with Mediterranean plants and invites you to relax.
