The holiday home has a unique lake view, sun terrace, sauna, three bedrooms, two bathrooms - and is perfect for up to six people.
The price already includes final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, sauna, etc

The new BEACHHOUSE radiates a perfect holiday feeling with its sun-flooded living rooms and invites you to relax with your family or friends.The BEACHHOUSE has a direct view of the extensive Mühlfeldsee thanks to its complete glass front to the water. The living space of the house is 160 m² and is spread over two floors.
The ground floor has a bedroom and a high-quality bathroom with walk-in and rain shower. Both bathrooms are equipped with a heated LED mirror with integrated vanity mirror and a hairdryer in each. The heart of the BEACHHOUSE is the spacious and open living room with light-flooding window fronts and fireplace. The dining area invites you to linger thanks to its large dining table, made of old ship planks. The adjoining, separate kitchen is very modern and equipped to a high standard to make culinary hearts beat faster. A 43" TV keeps you entertained while you cook.
Holiday home with spacious bathrooms
The upper floor has two fully equipped bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and corner bath. One of the upstairs bedrooms has a unique lake view, making waking up a unique experience. Both floors are fully equipped with adjustable underfloor heating. Each bedroom, the kitchen and the living and dining area have flat-screen TVs.
The outdoor area of approx. 780 sqm is characterised by its spacious, south-facing terrace. Equipped with a barbecue area, a lounge area and a large dining table, the terrace becomes the centre of an extensive breakfast in the sun or your next barbecue evening. The house's own cosy sauna, built on a slope, with a beautiful view of the Mühlfeldsee from the sauna terrace, invites you to relax. To cool off, you can reach the crystal-clear Mühlfeldsee via the exclusive in-house private beach and relax in one of the sun loungers after a cool swim.
Fun at the lake, on cycling and hiking trails
Boredom doesn't stand a chance here. Try your hand at stand-up paddling or linger comfortably in a paddle boat. Pass the time by fishing from the beach or boat. How about a romantic candlelight dinner on the beach? Numerous well-maintained cycling and hiking trails to the neighbouring lakes are ready for you to explore. Horse lovers can explore the beautiful nature around the riding facilities and Lake Seelhausen on guided rides at the regional riding stables.
Those who like to look at nature from above can get a grandiose overview of the magnificent lake landscape during a sightseeing flight from the nearby airfield. If you want more, a parachute jump will give you the right adrenaline rush. The 50-hectare Mühlfeldsee is part of the Leipziger Neuseenland and lies directly adjacent to the municipality of Löbnitz. To the west are Lake Seelhausen, Lake Goitzsee and Lake Muldestausee, along with other smaller lakes. The Mulde flows to the north, accompanied by extensive floodplains and ponds. To the east is the Dübener Heide Nature Park.

Pure relaxation on your own gravel beach
The pictures not only live up to their promise, but even exceed it! In the morning, you will be entertained by the birds while having breakfast on the large terrace, and then you can walk straight into the clear water. The sandy beach is made of fine gravel sand and the entry into the lake (previously gravel extraction) is also just great. You only have fine sand under your feet and can see all the way to the bottom. You can take a stand-up paddle and explore the lake in peace. If you're lucky, you'll have the lake all to yourself, maybe a pair of swans or one or two swimmers or SUPs will pass by. It's quiet, the nearby gravel extraction company doesn't really disturb. You can even go skydiving, the airfield is just behind the hill and it looks great when you swim and the skydivers are above you :-D. The house leaves nothing to be desired, great view of the garden and lake, enough space for up to 6 people. The beds are very comfortable and the two bathrooms help to avoid traffic jams in the mornings ;-). There are parking spaces available in front of the house. If you are mobile, you can also explore the surrounding area. I booked the house because of the beach and the location (peace and quiet). I had a super nice week of vacation with swimming, relaxing, and my first attempts on the stand-up paddle board :)). Whether you swim in the morning, at noon, or in the evening - it was always great and I had the lake all to myself at times. The landlords were super nice, asked about my well-being in between, and kindly took me to the train station in Delitzsch on the morning of departure. What more could you want - I would happily book the Beachhouse again!! Many thanks to my landlords - keep up the good work!!

Mediterranean on the doorstep
We spent a wonderful week with fantastic weather on the beach in Löbnitz. Who wants to go to Mallorca with such great places on our doorstep?
The location of the house is great. We had the lake almost to ourselves and with the SUP, canoe, and beach, it was never boring. The equipment of the house and the sauna complete the holiday experience. 100% recommendation. Thank you very much.

WOW! Relaxing, cozy & unique!
We can only recommend the vacation home "My Beachhouse". The private beach and sauna are a dream. The house is fully equipped, shopping facilities are within walking distance and there are further leisure activities in the area. We also visited Leipzig Zoo, which is about 30 minutes away. Bringing our dog was also no problem, which is another plus point for us! Overall, we had a great family vacation with a lot of relaxation value!

Perfect all-inclusive package
The title says it all. The holiday home has everything you could imagine. From high-quality and cozy ambiance to a sauna with a lake view or the private beach. Whether you want to relax with a cozy glass of wine by the fireplace or on the terrace, or go paddling on the lake with your own SUPs for some action - everything is possible. I can highly recommend it and haven't regretted a single second. Next year is already reserved for sure!
