Description
A beautiful 90 sqm holiday home on one level awaits you, which is rented out all year round. A large living room with a corner couch, dining table, Wi-Fi and an unobstructed view of the Mühlfeldsee gives you that holiday feeling. The very well equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, etc.) leaves nothing to be desired. Three bedrooms (2 x double beds with 1.80 x 2.00 as well as a double bunk bed) offer space for max. 6 adults. Underfloor heating is a matter of course in the whole house. The main bathroom is fully tiled and equipped with shower, wall WC and a large washstand with high quality illuminated mirror. The small bathroom has a wall-mounted WC and a washbasin with illuminated mirror. The spacious sun terrace invites you to relax, barbecue and laze around. The holiday home in a rural idyll is particularly suitable for families or small groups who want to spend wonderful holidays together by the water.
The absolute highlight is the private beach, which is part of the holiday home. Here, not only children have every opportunity to build sandcastles and go swimming. The rowing boat is also very popular!
Please note that we have a minimum rental period of 5 nights in the main summer season. In the rest of the season we rent from 3 nights. Requests for "gap bookings" are possible.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the entire house. The house is not a party location - private parties are not permitted.

The holiday home is located in a young weekend and holiday home area in the municipality of Löbnitz. Here you can experience the rural environment combined with a holiday directly on the water. There are many shopping facilities in the village. The Mühlfeldsee is located in the northern Leipziger Neuseenland. The Seelhausen Lake and the Goitzsche River border directly on it. The Dübener Heide (20 km), Wittenberg (50 km), Torgau (48 km), Delitzsch (15 km) and Leipzig (25 km) invite you to make excursions. Here you have all the prerequisites for a varied holiday!

Top accommodation
A great accommodation, with enough space. The accommodation is also child-friendly and has a travel cot, high chair, and sand toys. Board games are also available. The house is in a quiet environment. It is very beautiful and there is nothing to complain about.

Dreamlike and very clean accommodation.
The telephone communication upon arrival was very good and we were warmly welcomed at the vacation home. After a brief introduction and a nice small talk, our vacation at Sole Mio began. The house is beautifully furnished and has everything you need. Especially the kitchen is superbly equipped, there is nothing missing. The house was handed over to us absolutely clean and great attention was paid to hygiene in the bathroom and guest toilet. The terrace, the lawn, the beach, everything is clean and well maintained... We are very impressed with this accommodation and can only recommend it.

Vermieter sind super nett , der private Strand ist nicht zu toppen. Für ein paar Tage Ruhe und Erholung genau das richtige.

Well equipped house on the lake
Very well equipped, clean holiday home at Mühlfeldsee, especially small things like washing-up liquid and spices are available. The quality of the furnishings is also very okay.
It was quite cramped in the bedroom for the baby cot.
Unfortunately, the infrastructure and immediate surroundings are not particularly developed. There is no playground or similar nearby. For excursions etc. you need a car. Especially in the autumn/winter months, when you can't swim, it's a bit thin with children.

Super accommodating
We had booked the accommodation for a weekend. Unfortunately, we could not arrive due to illness. The free cancellation period had already expired, but Fam. Vetter was so accommodating and still let us cancel free of charge. Just 24 hours later, the total amount was back in my account. This service deserves 10 stars! Family holiday
We rented the holiday home in mid-September 22
Everything was explained at the handover. Everything is available in the house itself, the kitchen is also very well equipped.
We felt very comfortable. We did a lot in the surrounding area
The private beach with boat is of course fantastic. The weather was so good that we were able to take the boat out for a spin
We will definitely come back again :o)

Perfekter Urlaub
Perfekter Urlaub für Familie,unser Aufenthalt war genial. Ferienhaus und Lage super. In Löbnitz guter Fleischerladen, Konsum, Eisdiele, Gastronomie und alles gut zu Fuß und Rad zu erreichen. Ausflugsziele gibt es genügend zum Beispiel Leipziger Zoo oder Panometer Leipzig. Wir kommen sicher wieder, vielen Dank für diesen super Aufenthalt.

Rundum zufrieden 100 %
Ein Haus am See mit eigenem Strand und Zugang zum Wasser war perfekt für uns Standup Paddler und Angler. Die Begrüßung herzlich, das Haus wunderbar sauber und die Ausstattung in Küche und Outdoorbereich für 6 Personen, die gerne kochen und zusammen sitzen ,lies keine Wünsche offen (danke für die Gewürzauswahl !). Es steht ein Ruderboot bereit, eine wunderschöne Loungesitzgruppe rundet das ganze ab. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder. Danke an Familie Vetter

Entspannte Tage in der Natur
Unser Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Die Sonne ging über dem See auf, wir hörten viele Kraniche und wir konnten prima entspannen. Ausstattung und Gastfreundlichkeit waren top.
Boot und Strand konnten wir im Dezember wetterbedingt leider nicht nutzen.

Ein wunderschönes einstöckiges Ferienhaus. Die Lage direkt am See ist wunderbar. Leider hatten wir

Sehr zu empfehlen.
Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit schönem Wetter. Das einzige was ich verbessern würde, währ die Ausstattung der Küche. Für 6 Personen sind es zu wenig und zu kleine Töpfe, Pfannen und Schüsseln.
