The little house is very nice and all the rooms pleasant, the surroundings are inviting as well. Equipment a bit meager (little toilet paper, no towels, 2 dishwasher tabs... obviously designed for you to bring almost everything yourself). But overall OK, and we felt comfortable! Amsterdam can be reached within 30 minutes by bus, which we gladly used. Good also that we were warned that a fair would take place on a weekend, it got loud, but we were informed thanks to the foresight.

We had booked a comfort house for 7 people. The location is great and the house is very nice. The cleaning of the house needed improvement. We had to point out several issues and request a follow-up cleaning. However, that was also suboptimal (I'll spare you the details). The house is functionally furnished, which means there was no feeling of comfort. Small decorative items were missing, pictures on the walls. Everything felt a bit loveless. This is probably a consequence of some guests thinking they are also buying the decor when they book. There were seating options for 7 people to eat. No chance of sitting comfortably. The sofa was completely worn out. Sagging, stained, and uncomfortable. A new sofa is urgently needed here, and that should be possible. The house is well laid out and spacious. The bathrooms (2 in total) are large. However, the largest one had the atmosphere of a train station hall. Very loud and echoing. We had a nice large bathtub. But be careful, it is only suitable for showering if you are stable on your feet. It was very slippery, and the risk of slipping while showering was quite high. The houses are also very, very noisy. We could hear the neighbors walking down the stairs and thought they were using ours. The bathrooms (stacked on top of each other) also readily transmit "all" noises! We missed having a stove. The microwave is useful, but if you want to bake rolls, an oven is much nicer. Otherwise, the location is great and the facility is wonderful. There are enough parking spaces within the facility, and everything is within walking distance.
