Discover the charm of Amsterdam in our wonderfully bright and spacious 85m2 ground-floor flat. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, this flat offers three bedrooms, a private 40m2 garden and stunning views of Amsterdam's famous canals.
Our flat is located right in between a number of iconic buildings: you overlook the Diamond Exchange with its spectacular glass roof; right next to the apartment is the iconic Royal Theatre Carré and it is around the corner on the famous Skinny Bridge. Experience the beauty of the city right from your front door!
Our flat is accessible without stairs, ideal for families and those seeking convenience. The living space has an open-plan design with a fully equipped kitchen, including Nespresso machine, milk frother, Nutri-bullet, fridge, dishwasher and a 5-burner cooker and extra-wide oven. The elegant marble kitchen island comfortably seats 4 guests.
The living room offers a two-seater and three-seater sofa by Marcel Wanders Boutique, surrounded by several large green plants and designer lighting by Cappellini.
Sleeping arrangements include:
Bedroom One: A luxurious king-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm).
Bedroom Two: A cosy queen-size bed (140 cm x 200 cm), which also serves as a workspace with a Moooi VIP chair.
Bedroom Three: A Leander baby junior bed (120 x 70) with organic bedding, ideal for little ones.
The bathroom is equipped with a full bath with integrated shower, ample storage space for toiletries, towels, toilet paper and hand soap. Moreover, a washing machine and dryer are available for your convenience.
With the family in mind, the flat is equipped with toys and books for children aged 4-5.
Step out from the kitchen to the terrace and garden for warm summer evenings.
Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi access during their stay.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Unser Aufenthalt bei Anouc war wirklich toll! Es fühlte sich wie ein Zuhause fernab von Zuhause an. Die Lage des Hauses ist großartig, nur wenige Haltestellen vom lebhaften Zentrum von Amsterdam entfernt, was praktisch war, aber auch eine willkommene Flucht vor dem Trubel bot. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, ordentlich und perfekt zum Spazierengehen geeignet. Das Haus selbst ist wunderschön, mit einem schönen Garten, den man beim Kochen oder Genießen einer Tasse Kaffee öffnen kann (und die Nespresso war ein netter Bonus!). Die Beleuchtung ist ausgezeichnet und das Interieur ist geschmackvoll, mit einer gemütlichen Atmosphäre, die nicht das Gefühl vermittelt, dass man sich im Haus eines anderen befindet. Die Annehmlichkeiten wie Badewanne, Waschmaschine, Trockner und Geschirrspüler machten unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer. Wenn wir wieder nach Amsterdam kommen, würden wir ohne zu zögern wieder bei Anouc übernachten. Anouc war auch sehr hilfsbereit und reagierte schnell auf alle unsere Fragen. Außerdem durften wir wegen eines frühen Fluges früher einchecken, was nach einer langen Reise ein toller Service war.

Tolle Kanalwohnung mit Garten
Tolle Wohnung in der Mitte von Amsterdam. Anouc war sehr hilfreich während unseres Aufenthalts. Sie gab uns auch tolle Tipps für Restaurants und Bars in der Nachbarschaft. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein Fahrrad gemietet, so dass wir in der ganzen Stadt auf einem Fahrrad gehen konnte.
Anouc du wirst uns auf jeden Fall wieder sehen.

Alles war perfekt. Schönes Haus, netter Gastgeber!
Alles war perfekt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr angenehm und geräumiger als auf den Fotos, auch der Garten war sehr schön. Gute Betten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher, die super weich und dick waren. Die Nachbarschaft ist wunderschön mit kleinen Grachten und es ist sehr nah an Museen oder dem Zentrum mit U-Bahn oder Straßenbahn. Und es ist sehr einfach, mit Anouc zu kommunizieren, also wenn wir nach Amsterdam zurückkommen, werden wir hierher kommen.

Super Aufenthalt im Zentrum von Amsterdam
Unser Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Anouc war wirklich fantastisch. Das Interieur ist sowohl warm als auch stilvoll und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum, aber außerhalb der Touristenmassen. Der Ort war nur wenige Gehminuten (oder U-Bahn & Tram für die Bequemlichkeit) von Restaurants und Museen entfernt und gab uns einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und fühlt sich wirklich wie zu Hause an, wobei die bequemen Betten für einen perfekten Schlaf nach Tagen des Wanderns durch Amsterdam sorgten. Der vorhandene Garten bot einen wunderbaren Ort zum Entspannen. Dank des Nuki Smart Lock-Systems konnten wir die Tür mit Leichtigkeit über unsere Telefone oder Tastatur öffnen, was eine moderne und benutzerfreundliche Note gab. Anouc hat sich als eine hervorragende Gastgeberin erwiesen, indem sie uns im Voraus eine Liste der Top-Restaurants geschickt hat, von denen wir einige besucht und alle genossen haben. Der Empfang mit einer Flasche Wein und leckeren Snacks fühlte sich sehr willkommen an. Anouc reagierte immer schnell auf unsere Fragen, was sehr geschätzt wurde. Wir kommen gerne bei einer nächsten Reise nach Amsterdam wieder. Vielen Dank, dass Sie Ihr schönes Zuhause so gastfreundlich teilen!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was very clean, very pleasant, more spacious than on the pictures, the garden is very pleasant too. The district is lovely with small canals and it is very near of museums or center by metro and tram. And it is very easy to communicate with Anouc, so if we come back to Amsterdam, we will come here for sure.
