The apartment clearly needs an upgrade; the couch sinks in and you can't sit on it. A fresh duvet wouldn't be a bad idea either. The blankets are fine, but they smell very musty. Everything is broken or about to break. The sliding doors need to stay closed; the lock is broken. The dishwasher is broken. The elevator was also broken but has been repaired. The description says it accommodates 5 people, but everything is set up for 4, which requires quite an adjustment in bad weather; there are 4 dining chairs and 4 outdoor chairs. The path down is super steep; the wheels come loose and you can't see anything for a moment. Even going up is like Russian roulette; once your wheels are up, you have to immediately turn your steering wheel, otherwise you'll hit the fence at the top. Note that there is only a small flat area at the top, and you're next to a busy road, hoping no traffic comes. Everyone drives small cars here, so this should be mentioned; a low car cannot go down. And especially stay in your parking spot. The middle spot is more spacious and easier to back out of; all the other guests were gone, so we parked in the middle spot, which I should have discussed with the owner first. There were still guests arriving. No problem, you would think, but it wasn't mentioned anywhere in the booking which spot you could use, so they could just park in the left spot. On Sunday morning, my husband had to move the car, but the other guests' car was now in the left spot. So I had to go on Sunday morning in my pajamas with the owner to ask the new guests if we could stay parked there. It was no problem at all. The pool is great, just like in the photos, and the view is magnificent. Gravedonna is a nice little town, and with the ferry services, you can get everywhere on the lake. Nice beaches too. We had a lovely vacation together and saw many beautiful things. So everything is okay. The owner was very unfriendly. All the guests were.

It is a beautiful holiday apartment, where nothing is missing – everything you need for a relaxing vacation is available. The dreamlike view of Lake Como is particularly impressive. The complex is also very nice and well-maintained. You can wonderfully relax in the large pool while enjoying the magnificent view of the lake, the town, and the surrounding mountains. We felt very comfortable here and would come back anytime.
