Welcome to Casa Federica in Bugiallo – your perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday at Lake Como! The house offers 90 m² of space for up to 5 guests and features two bedrooms and one bathroom. Enjoy relaxing hours on the balcony or the spacious terrace with wonderful views of the surrounding mountains and the sparkling waters of the lake. The well-kept garden invites you to linger, while the private swimming pool provides refreshment on warm days. A BBQ grill is available for your culinary evenings.

The former alpine house Casa Federica is a typical Lombard rustico, very lovingly restored and beautifully situated. The house is located on a sun-drenched slope and has a wonderful view of Lake Como. The living room with fireplace and large chestnut wood dining table is on the ground floor. Connected to it is the well-equipped kitchen. The furnishings and equipment of Casa Federica suit the rustic character of the rustico well. The owners have placed great value on beautiful materials and quality. A wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two airy bedrooms, the bright bathroom, and the balcony spanning the entire width of the house. From here you have a particularly beautiful view of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. Casa Federica includes a separate garden with a lawn, a tree for a shady spot, a grill, an outdoor shower, and plenty of space to play. Sun loungers await sunbathers, and a dining table is ready for your breakfast or dinner. The pool is surrounded by a wooden deck and invites you to swim. It is sometimes also used by guests of the neighboring house. There is a reserved parking space for your car directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object

Bugiallo: Quiet holiday oasis with a magnificent view of Lake Como and the Alps. Nearby are 2 well-known agriturismi with restaurants, famous for good regional cuisine. The rustico is located in the village of Bugiallo above Gera Lario on a sunny slope. In the immediate surroundings there are some other rustic houses, meadows, and scattered groves. It takes just under 10 minutes to drive to the beach at Gera Lario. There and in neighboring Sorico you will also find shops, restaurants, etc. The place is a very good starting point for hikes and mountain bike tours.
