It is a studio apartment with a sleeping area with double bed and wardrobe, a living area with adjoining kitchenette, as well as a beautiful bathroom. The furnishings are lovingly selected, the equipment is very good: refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine provide comfort during your vacation. Location and surroundings of object

The apartment is located on the first floor of a house in the historic center of Gravedona. Salt needed for agriculture used to be traded here. The salt was landed by ship at the pier and then transported by cart to the salt offices on this street. Today, there are some nice shops, restaurants, bars, and ice cream parlors in Gravedona. Gravedona offers, in addition to a beautiful lido, numerous sports activities such as tennis, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, horse riding, mountain biking. Numerous hikes are possible in the mountains above the town. In the town there are beautiful churches to visit and the lakeside promenade is always a lovely walk.

In the event of a cancellation up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price will be charged. If the cancellation occurs between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For later cancellations, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g. for short-notice rebookings, conversion to a voucher, etc.), different cancellation rates apply. If the trip is not commenced, the full rental price will be charged, minus any services not used, provided these are not included as a lump sum in the daily or weekly price according to the price list. The guest is always free – even if the lump-sum cancellation fee is charged – to prove that no damage has occurred or that the damage is less than the amount charged.
