Nice accommodation, despite somewhat noisy neighbours

The accommodation is well-equipped and conveniently located at the Schönhauser Allee S-Bahn station, where you have S-Bahn, U-Bahn, tram and bus.
There are many restaurants nearby and a bakery just downstairs.
Unfortunately, the neighbours were not always as quiet as one would have wished, despite a night's rest from 10pm.
All in all, a nice stay.

What do you need to experience in Berlin Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf?

Between Glittering Metropolis and Nature Experience

The list of attractions and leisure destinations around your holiday house, apartment, or room in Berlin Charlottenburg is so long that it would burst these lines. Start your city exploration at Kurfürstendamm, the noble shopping street of the former center of Berlin, where night turns into day. Here stand the famous department store KaDeWe, the legendary Café Kranzler, and the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church at Breitscheidplatz, as well as branches of all international luxury brands. The Protestant Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church is a monument on Breitscheidplatz in the Berlin district of Charlottenburg. It was built by Franz Schwechten in the Neo-Romanesque style from 1891–1895 by order of Emperor Wilhelm II in memory of his grandfather Emperor Wilhelm I. Behind the Zoo station, you will find the Museum of Photography (Helmut Newton Foundation). In the center of the Charlottenburg district is the magnificent Charlottenburg Palace. In the Westend district, there are several interesting large buildings such as the Berlin Radio Tower, the International Congress Centre, the Olympic Stadium, and the Corbusierhaus on Flatowallee (former Reichssportfeldstraße) from the 1950s, designed by the architect Le Corbusier. Those seeking nature will find numerous hiking trails and lakes in Grunewald. The nearly uninhabited Grunewald is perfect for a vacation with a dog in Berlin, to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy nature. Interesting destinations in Grunewald include the Grunewald Tower, Teufelsberg with a former US Army listening station, and the so-called "Suicide Cemetery," where among others, singer Nico is buried. To the west, Grunewald borders the Havel River, which you can navigate by boat to Potsdam. Numerous museums such as in Charlottenburg Palace, the Bröhan Museum (Berlin State Museum for Art Nouveau, Art Deco, and Functionalism), the Berggruen Museum, or the Local History Museum offer plenty of fun for all ages. Also, visit surrounding districts and definitely the Tiergarten for a lovely walk or the exhibition grounds if there are interesting events for you. If you love art, you can visit numerous theaters and exhibitions.
