On 44 square metres with living room/bedroom, kitchen, hallway and bathroom/WC there is room for up to 3 people. The fitted kitchen is fully equipped. The large living room/bedroom is tastefully and comfortably furnished.
In the kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine. There is a TV for your entertainment and thanks to the free Wi-Fi you will always be connected. There is also a washing machine so you can wash your clothes with ease. Bed linen is provided and a hairdryer is also available.

The house is located in one of the many listed areas of Friedrichshagen - one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the Treptow-Köpenick district. You can reach Alexanderplatz in 25 minutes by S-Bahn.
Friedrichshagen is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The Müggelsee is the largest of Berlin's many lakes. The natural surroundings are ideal for walks, cycle tours, boat trips and visits to lidos and free bathing areas.
Bölschestraße in the centre of the village is a popular promenade and shopping street with lots of charm!
