The luxurious 60 sqm holiday flat has its own entrance and consists of two rooms, hallways and bathroom. It is newly built and located in a very beautiful and well-kept art nouveau villa in one of the most sought-after residential areas in Berlin. In the beautiful garden, under a grape arbour with tasty grapes, there is a sitting area just for our holiday guests. We are also happy to provide sun loungers if required. By arrangement, you can also use our comfortable garden sauna with all the "trimmings", oxygen bath and sanarium for relaxation. You can park your car safely and free of charge directly in front of the door. You do not need an environmental badge. You spend your time here in the green, with healthy, fresh air, near the Schlachtensee, surrounded by forests and lakes (Grunewald, Strandbad Wannsee, Schlachtensee and other lakes), away from the hustle and bustle of the big city and yet centrally located. For this reason, prominent representatives from politics, business, culture and science have lived here in the past, and celebrities continue to live in this area today. The Schlachtensee district of the Steglitz / Zehlendorf borough is therefore rightly considered the most popular residential district among Berliners. This is also increasingly being discovered by visitors to Berlin.
Thanks to the excellent public transport connections (all means of public transport can be reached quickly on foot), you can be directly in the centre of Berlin or Potsdam in only about 15 minutes. You will need about the same time by car.

LIVING-BEDROOM:
The living-bedroom is functionally equipped (great importance was attached to high-quality beds - adjustable slatted frames, pocket spring mattresses, bedside reading lights) and offers a large (120 cm) cable TV, hi-fi stereo system, Blueracerecorder, as well as the possibility of preparing and following the respective day's excursions at the desk. We also provide telephone and DSL internet access.
KITCHEN:
The kitchen is equipped to a particularly high standard and lacks nothing. From the 4-plate cooker with ceramic hob and oven, extractor bonnet, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine (all other electrical and manual kitchen aids as well, of course), to the radio, further cable TV with 80 cm flat screen, further telephone connection, everything is available, tastefully installed and the reason why the kitchen is not only used for cooking, but as a popular place to stay. The adjoining Árt conservatory situation' underlines the cosy feeling of the room and serves as a further sitting area and can be used for further sleeping accommodation if required.
BATHROOM:
In the fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and towel radiator, there is a washbasin, WC and all the necessary utensils. The spacious shower area - which is also suitable for physically impaired persons - is separated by a shower partition.

The holiday flat is located in the southwest of Berlin in the green district of Steglitz / Zehlendorf. By car you can reach us quickly and easily directly via the motorway (AVUS), exit Spanische Allee. You can find us just as easily by bus or train.
The holiday flat is located outside the direct centre of Berlin, in the upscale villa suburb of Berlin Zehlendorf, in the Schlachtensee district. The Schlachtensee, other forest lakes, the Wannsee lido and the Grunewald forest are nearby. The Free University, the Botanical Garden, the Radio Tower with the exhibition grounds, ICC, but also the Kurfürstendamm can be reached quickly, to name just a few well-known destinations.
You are on holiday away from the noise of the big city, because the villa is located in a quiet residential street, where you can park your car directly in front of the house.

Beautiful, quiet holiday apartment with a nice landlord.
We spent a week in this great accommodation. After a day in vibrant Berlin, it was always a pleasure to return to the quiet vacation apartment and be able to relax. The apartment is well-equipped and you can see the garden with some roses from the window. Additionally, there is a nice seating area in the garden.

Very nice holiday apartment
The holiday apartment has a great location in the greenery and near two lakes with a short walk to the train station. The landlords are friendly and provide good tips for activities. Additionally, the amenities are completely sufficient for two adults and two children.

A holiday apartment where everything you need for a successful vacation is available. The landlords always have great suggestions for eventful vacation days. The reception is always very warm, and the location of the holiday apartment is ideal (whether you want to go to the countryside or explore Potsdam or Berlin by S-Bahn).

Great neighborhood
Dear people,
I can only say that Berlin is always worth a trip.
For over 30 years, we have spent more than 50 shorter and longer vacations in the city. When we couldn't stay with our children, we booked around 20 different, more or less comfortable accommodations (hotels, guesthouses, apartments, rooms).
But luckily, we found this great, tastefully furnished holiday apartment and have already enjoyed our stay there 11 times. The loving and caring landlords ensure a warm welcome from the start with fruit and flowers, as well as information on business opportunities. Furthermore, the house and garden are decorated according to the seasons, and the garden itself invites a cozy stay. Upon request, interesting tours are also gladly suggested, which - if the host finds the time to participate himself - are characterized by his extensive knowledge as always entertaining and very informative guided tours that will be remembered for a long time.
So if you want to visit Berlin, you should book with the Schulze-Bühler family!
