We spent a wonderful week in the holiday home with 5 adults and our dog Kiara in the first week of June. We liked it very much. The house is very spacious and nicely equipped. We used the games room so we were all infected with pool fever. The garden is also beautiful and we were able to use it when the weather was nice and also had two barbecues.
The history trail in the immediate vicinity is great. We were lucky that the history village was inhabited during this time and we had great interesting conversations with the people. Because of the proximity to Tchechia, we visited Marienbad. That is really worth seeing. We also visited Weiden, Waldsassen and Tirschenreuth. These excursions were also worthwhile.
We went shopping in Bärnau in the small "Hörzu" shop, you can get everything you need at the discount store "Disca" and we can also recommend the two inns
In any case, a visit to the German Button Museum in Bärnau is a must.
All in all, it was a good time.
