Of our 8 holiday homes, 7 are located just an incredible 5 meters from the natural swimming lake – with their own lake access & private jetty. Each with a private whirlpool or private sauna on the covered terrace. The 8th house is in the second row by the lake and, without a spa, is the most affordable option.

Special features:

House 1 is accessible. You can enter the house at ground level from the parking lot. Please note:
· small step (2–3 cm) at the entrance & into the shower
· Hallway width approx. 90 cm
· Paths outside the garden are gravelled

House 2+5 are specially equipped for dogs.
House 3+4 have extra beds for children
House 6+7 are suitable for allergy sufferers (no pets allowed)
House 8 in the second row with fenced garden and separate lakeside property – without SPA (cheaper!)

In the warmer months, a free SUP is available at each house.

Check-out: until 11 am

· 24/7 vending machine with organic and regional products, in-house grilled items and ready meals.
· "Zwoa Tapas" restaurant with Spanish and Bavarian tapas. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. In summer with beach bar and beer garden.

From April to October every Friday at 3:10 pm: mobile village shop at the site for shopping
