You want to switch off? Then you are right with us. A spacious and self-contained 60 sqm comfort flat on the ground floor for 2 to 4 adults, very well equipped with appliances, is ready for you. The flat has a SEPARATE ENTRANCE, the rooms face southwest to the large balcony terrace and garden. Your car is safely parked in the carport directly on the north side of the house. The room layout: hallway with wardrobe; dining room with kitchen and cosy rustic dining area; living room with modern sofa and pull-out double bed as additional sleeping accommodation or as daybed; spacious bedroom with double bed, tall cupboard and with enough space for a rollable baby cot if required; bathroom with tub/shower and WC. Your holiday home - our well-kept country house - is on a gentle south slope in a quiet secluded location in the middle of almost 2,000 inhabitants, state-approved resort Fuchsmühl yet in the countryside with great views and short supply routes on site. The property is easily accessible by car on our private road in the center of St. Mary's street. The market town Fuchsmühl (625-725 m above sea level. NN) with an area of \u200b\ sq km is located at the intersection between Marktredwitz - Pastures, and Bayreuth - Eger (Cheb, only 20 km away) on the southeastern edge of the Park Stone Forest. The year of foundation is unknown, but probably in the 13th Century lie. The community was brought to the market in 1950. The market town in 1987 received the title "State certified resort.

Free cancellation possible up to 1 days before the arrival date.
Translation: Our proven trust model with over 25 years of experience: Advance payment required ONLY from CORPORATE guests; deposit from new private guests is desired. In the event of a cancellation at the latest 1 day before the start of the vacation, we will demand a compensation for lost bookings amounting to the previously booked nights, for which we could not achieve any replacement bookings by other guests after the planned stay period has elapsed.

For holidays alone, with family or with friends, we offer in the same house to "apple" furthermore a 35 sqm flat "cherry" with kitchen-living room and large loggia; extended by an iconic bunk and there is now plenty of space is for at least 2 adults as well as additional comfortable sleeping accommodation. Access to the private cherry bathroom/WC is right next to the aptm. door. We also offer the self-contained 50 sqm holiday flat "Pear" for up to three people with use of the upper garden and our garden house.
The same outstanding standard of service as described in detail above applies to all 3 accommodations - more than in a hotel, as many guests have already confirmed. With us it starts with the small conveniences: In every flat you enjoy modern big screens partly with media library (!) and in addition you have a programme card at hand with more than 80 preset channels: Just click once instead of searching for your favourite programme.

Winter holiday
I would like to thank the Höcht family for the wonderful vacation. We stayed in the Apfel apartment, which was complete with everything, had a very cozy atmosphere, and offered plenty of space and comfort. There were many activities to do in the area, so there was no chance of getting bored, and there was also a good restaurant across the street. We spent Christmas and New Year's around 2015/2016 with the Hoecht family. We have been spending our winter vacation in Germany for 14 years, but this was an absolute highlight. The accommodation was perfect, there was plenty to see and do in the area, and our contact with Mr. and Mrs. Hoecht was especially warm. All in all, a reason for us to definitely come back again.
