Perfect short break at a low price

We were in Cetnov with friends (2 families in total, each with 2 children, 1 dog) over Easter and were really delighted. The flats are clean, comfortably furnished and quite well equipped (one flat a little better than the other). The garden is large and beautifully landscaped, the location is wonderful with a direct view of the reservoir. There are many interesting towns and excursions nearby. The landlords are very nice and happy to give tips.
We will be happy to come back!

Highly recommendable!!!!

We had a quiet and great time in Cheb. The vacation rental was clean and very well equipped. The value for money was excellent! In the garden, the children had plenty of space to play and had a lot of fun in the pool. The landlords were very nice. From Cheb-Cetnov, everything is easily accessible by car, such as Dragon Bazar, Marienbad, Karlsbad. Along the River Eger in Cheb, there is a great sports park where children can let off steam. Cheb is a great city and worth a visit. We will definitely come back! ! !

Just great.

As every year, it was a wonderful vacation with Vaclav and Tamara. The area is simply delightful for relaxing but also offers enough space for exploration. The mountains and forests are ideal for hiking and enjoying nature. The food and hospitality were exceptional. We will definitely return next year.

Rundum top

We were extremely impressed by the quiet location and pleasant atmosphere in and around the modern and clean holiday apartment. The landlords are very nice people. Whether relaxing on a sunny day by the very well-kept pool, taking a walk in the forest, or fishing at the lake (just a few minutes' walk away), the holiday apartment offers a peaceful center for many relaxation options. We really enjoyed our short break here and will definitely come back. Thank you for the great experience.

Great vacation with kids

We have high praise for you. We haven't had such a nice short break in a long time. The house and the guesthouses are in great condition. Everything you need, especially with children, is available. The landlords are very kind, child-friendly, and helpful. The guesthouse is super clean, the pool is in great condition, our children and we felt very comfortable. They could let off steam in the garden. In the evenings, we grilled with other vacationers. We all would love to spend our holidays there again. A huge thank you to the landlord.

Toller Urlaub

It was hot and beautiful days. The landlord (and of course his wife) were very very nice, friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The apartment is very clean and friendly. Everything you need is there. The pool is great (especially in the current temperatures), clean, and in perfect condition. The property is well maintained. Quiet location. Highly recommended for relaxation. We will definitely come back. We haven't had such a relaxing holiday in a long time.

we spent a very nice week with you!
Everything was as described, very nice rooms, all clean and very quiet location.
The only thing that was not so nice was that there are very few swimming opportunities at the lake, but the pool at the house makes up for it. There is a lot to do, there are larger cities in the area where you can shop and eat very nicely. All in all, highly recommended and we will definitely come back!

Familienurlaub

House and rooms are exactly as described, thumbs up. Everything very well maintained. Highly recommended for families with children. It was very cold outside, but we could heat the stoves well. Plenty of wood available. The lake is easily accessible on foot. Trips to Karlovy Vary, Františkovy Lázně, and some castles in the area are easily doable by car. We would love to come back; we really liked it.

Very nice, clean, just superb.

We stayed with friends at this accommodation in February, it was very clean and the host was very, very nice. There is nothing to complain about and we will definitely come back. The only downside was that at this time of year, unfortunately, some museums we wanted to visit were still closed. Especially good, affordable, and delicious food was available at his daughter's place in the neighboring village. Highly recommended.

Very nice and clean apartments

We (two families) had a great holiday. The apartments are very clean and everything is complete.
The landlord is friendly and helped us very well.

Unfortunately, we did not have the best weather, but we made beautiful trips to Karlovy Vary, Prague, and Soos.

The garden is nice, children could play freely. Unfortunately, due to the cold weather, it was not possible to use the pool.

We would love to come back.

Questionable fishing holiday

The landlord's promises are not kept. A FISHING HOLIDAY was offered, but even though the owner knew that the fishing was good and that we would stay longer, there was no extra freezer for the FISH! On top of that, the landlord's wife lives above the apartment and she checks on what everyone is doing. We would not recommend this holiday for young couples or younger parents, it would be better for older people. You cannot listen to music and use swimming pool cleaning equipment to clean the pool yourself. If you ask for it, you will be scolded by the landlord's wife. However, nobody cleans the items themselves; there were cockroaches in there that were not really small. Families with children must be careful, as there is a risk that the children could get an electric shock because there is a power cable hanging about 1m high above the bed in the double room. The wood for heating could not be used even though it was very cold for 2 days.
Electrical box in the hallway is not protected. When we wanted to leave earlier, we asked for the bill, paid it, and packed our things. In the end, when we wanted to return the keys to the wife, she initially didn't open the door. When my friend knocked louder, she opened the door very aggressively and injured me in the process. When we pointed it out to her, she just said, "I don't care, I'm going to sleep." We said that we only wanted to drop off the keys. She got angry and wanted to close the door again. We threw the key on the floor. She hurt me, and I still have strong hand pain. There was no apology. I don't think this is a dream vacation. For those who don't believe me, I took photos. Great vacation... highly recommended.

We thank the Milt family for the wonderful vacation. We stayed in Apartment 1 and were very satisfied. The location near the lake is beautiful. The rooms were very clean, and a cozy atmosphere was immediately established. Food was also well taken care of, as the daughter's restaurant is not only affordable but also offers delicious meals. We happily recommend both the guesthouse and the restaurant to others!

shopping facilities: 24h rund um die Uhr. Für die Selbstverpflegung gibt es keinerlei Hindernisse. Auch der Kleiderschrank kann auf den zahlreichen Dragonmärkten gefüllt werden. Zu welchem Preis hängt von euerm Verhandlungsgeschick aus!
