The accommodation was very clean. You always got new towels and sheets. The landlady was very attentive, helpful and accommodating, but not intrusive. The welcome was homemade jam, fresh figs ...
The kitchen was great. All you need.
The bathroom was also equipped with toilet paper, hand soap and hair dryer.

Beautiful house in idyllic secluded location

If you are looking for absolute tranquillity and want to leave everyday life behind, the GreenSky holiday home is the right place for you

The location
The holiday home is located outside the surrounding villages. There are no direct neighbours. Perfect for those who are looking for peace and quiet or simply want to be undisturbed. The house is situated - as you can see in the picture - on a spacious plot, which offers plenty of possibilities. In addition to a barbecue, there is a table tennis table and a football, for example. A hammock and several seating areas outside invite you to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. Shopping facilities for daily needs are available in Krnica (approx. 5 min. by car). If you are more inclined to buy in bulk, it is best to drive to Pula, where there is a konzum at the entrance to the village (approx. 20 min. by car). It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the beach, but it has to be said that you will find really nice little bays that are not overrun by tourists (as is often the case on the west coast). We were in Croatia with our dog and no one complained in the small bays.

The service
Contact with the landlords was easy. Even when we had questions, they usually answered immediately, but always on the same day. Mr. Sverko and his wife are very endeavouring, helpful and friendly people!

The holiday home
As we have already spent our holidays in several holiday homes and have had a wide variety of experiences, we brought various things from home that were not available in many apartments/houses. However, we found out that GreenSky is really well equipped: from towels, rubbish bags and toilet paper to spices and tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine. The furnishings are tasteful and modern
We definitely recommend this accommodation!

Luxury meets scenic idyll

We spent the autumn holidays in Elmaso and were absolutely thrilled.
From the morning - when we could marvel at an incredible sunrise every day - to the evening, when we could listen to the concerts of the crickets.

The house Elmaso with pool and garden is a dream! Three bright bedrooms (so that everyone can retreat sometimes) and on the ground floor a spacious, open kitchen and a cosy living room with fireplace.
But most of the time you are outside on the sun loungers, in the hammock or in the lounge
We admired the illuminated pool every evening, but it was too cool to swim in mid-October :-)
We really found everything we needed in the house. And the small village supermarket was only a 5-minute walk away.

To reach all the incredibly beautiful corners of Istria, a car/rental car is recommended (it was very cheap and we took it over directly at Pula airport)
Our absolute insider tip for swimming, hiking and marvelling is the "sinken boat" near Rakalj. Once you're there, it's not far to paradise
Everywhere in Istria, be it in Rovinj, in Medulin or in Rakalj, we were served delicious fresh fish and were completely enchanted after two weeks.
