Description
New, luxurious villa Delore is built with elements of the traditional Istrian style. It offers privacy, lots of living space and comfort. All rooms are air conditioned and large windows let the sunlight in.
The beds are new and very relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is spacious, with comfortable sofas. Flat WiFi available.
Outdoor covered terrace has provided an open grill, with garden furniture.
Sunbeds and a large swimming pool, all surrounded by green nature, birds and small stone walls.
Views of the sea from the villa is spectacular, and one of the specific in Istria ..

Rakalj is a small town, very close to the sea on the east side of the Istrian peninsula. It features a spectacluar overlooking the Raša bay and Kvarner with the brightest and purest sea on the Adriatic. The beautiful coastline and numerous islets are intact and provide the most romantic setting.
The beaches are only a few minutes away, and the way to all other Istrian cities and towns within easy reach.
Rakalj is also famous for its poets, Mate Balota, which was inspired by the beautiful scenery of Rakalj. With its gorges, sea and meadows.

In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.

The house is rented exclusively, so that there are no other guests while staying here.
30% of total rental booking at time of confirmation is required.
A deposit of 300 euros is required which will be returned upon departure if there are no damages to the property.

Great accommodation
Very well maintained and clean flats with pool.
In the village you can go shopping or eat out.
Small place and it was quite quiet.
The landlord is also very nice.
We were there as a family and can only recommend it.
