The stork's nest was the perfect place for a nice family vacation. The quiet location with immediate proximity to the lake and the excellent facilities of the house left nothing to be desired.
In sunshine, we grilled on the terrace, and in north German "shitty weather," we used the waffle iron and made ourselves comfortable together in the large living-dining area.
To balance out the resulting caloric surplus, we went on bike or canoe tours, as well as the occasional swim at the beautiful nearby beach. This also offers a variety of leisure activities for children of various ages.
We didn't miss anything, and we definitely want to come back!

Short break at Glammseehaus 10.

In September 2023, we (2 people and a dog) spent a week in House 10 on Glammsee. Our expectations were more than exceeded. Upon our arrival, the beautiful house was super clean. The house was perfectly equipped. Nothing was missing. The furnishings were also very appealing and super cozy. The beds were very comfortable. From our front terrace, we had a beautiful view of the lake. Since the weather was very warm, we were able to swim in the lake every day. The forest, which starts directly behind the house, allowed us to take beautiful walks with our dog. The proximity to the Baltic Sea gave us great excursions during this week, for example to Wismar, Boltenhagen, Poel Island, and Kühlungsborn. In summary, this short vacation was the most beautiful we had in a long time. We are already looking forward to our 14-day vacation in June 2024, which we have already booked. Relaxed family vacation

We had a great time in the quiet holiday home with our children. There are really many play options and enough space, also on the property.
The bathing area in the village is unsuitable for small children, but thanks to the tip from Mrs. Wieschmann, we were able to spend the hot days by the water in the neighboring village very well.
The house is super equipped and very clean.
We didn't miss anything and we can only recommend a stay in the nature-loving house.
